When I got it, Ryan…read morecompleted it and slapped the bandaid on quickly and didn't give me time to look at it closely. I found all of these mistakes and I was very disappointed. I went to get it retouched on a Saturday and they wouldn't do it even though they had no customers (keep in mind my whole tattoo took 10 minutes...). I had to drive 30 minutes back home and then back a week later. I got there at 12 (the time of my appointment I made). Ryan didn't even show up to work until 12:30! I waited 45 minutes to get a 5 minute retouch because even when he got there, he stood behind the counter just talking with coworkers (in no hurry) and didn't even acknowledge I was there. I had to tell the lady behind the desk that I had things to do so could we hurry this up. So I waited there for 45 minutes to get a 5 minute retouch. And I still hate my tattoo. Ryan sucks at tattooing and is irresponsible by showing up 30 minutes late when I had an appointment at 12. And the people were very rude and disrespectful. I confronted them about everything and they tried to justify everything. I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Don't go here for your tattoo if you want quality and good customer service.
