I had to ask the person doing my Pedicure (Charlie) to get out clean tools that were in the sterilizer bag. He never asked me which pedicure I wanted. He just did the basic one, so they really lost out because I was in the mood for some pampering and wanted the most expensive one. The place was not lit very well at all, it was dark and dingy like. Also, later on when my husband looked at my toes, there were parts on the sides of my nails that had no polish on them. Me and my girlfriend went to have pedicures done. All their tools were definitely not sanitized just laying in there tool bins. Massages were beyond under whelming. Did not buff toe nails. And I have a rash(athletes foot) now on and between my toes. Do not go here I have also reported them to to state as well for hygienic issues. read more

Had my nails done (powder/dip)on a Friday night and they were lifting off by Monday. These are supposed to last up to two weeks. They refuse to refund money. Your only option is to have a "redo" and hope the second service isn't bad. read more

I had a bad experience in 2018 which caused me to avoid this salon, but I figured it had been 3 years and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I went there one week ago to receive a gel manicure, which aresupposed to last at least 3 weeks (my last set from a different salon lasted a month, no issues). In less than 48 hours the polish on my thumb started to peel (not to mention my "manicure" didn't include cutting my cuticles). Due to work & heavy snow, I wasn't able to make it back in to get it fixed until a week later. When I arrived to get it fixed, it was less than 12 hours before the polish not only chipped, but my thumb nail began to chip too, which is weird because my nails DON'T chip. I don't normally add bad reviews, but I got them done in order to look nice for my aunts funeral out of town. Now it's been less than 2 weeks and my nails look awful due to partial polish chipping and that my cuticles look awful. Will not return :/ read more

not happy! when i used to go to this place, the prices werent bad nor was the service. I recently visited home and this place is a mess! I paid 45 DOLLARS for a fill in with gel polish! the guy was rushing me telling me that he didn't "have time" to do the stuff i asked. I literally paid 15 dollars for gel polish and the polish is literally coming off the next day on the sides of my nails. the paint job is awful as well. I was only in town for a couple of days and a friend of a friend that i've never met suggested I come here to have my gel manicure and pedicure done. My friend and I arrived the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. It was clearly very busy and once inside we signed in and I indicated that I wanted to wait for Vu. The wait for Vu was long as he was already with another customer. My friend was called and finished her gel mani and I was still waiting. But I didn't have an issue with that because I wanted to wait for Vu to see what kind of job he would do. Long story short, Vu was great. The conversation was great (he's funny) and my nails lasted a long time without chipping. If I'm ever in town again, I will be sure to visit again. Oh and one more thing, I left my sneakers at the shop and they were kind enough to hold them until my friend could pick them up and ship them to me. read more

I've been getting my nails done here since I was a freshman in high school (1999-2000)and I'm now 34 yrs old! I refuse to go to any other nail salon in my city because I've had not-so-good experiences elsewhere. I do have my favorite nail techs at Best Nails (Sonny, Lena, and their sister but can't remember her name!) but any one of them do a great job, and prices are good. It's okay... A common bucket is used for all pedicure accessories. Mike the tech was thorough but had difficulty painting between the lines on my fingernails. Also filing smooth edges around corner of nails proved to be challenging but fixed once this was pointed out. $57 plus tax (61.13) for gel mani and regular pedi, not the most economical combo but then again I'm not from the area. Maybe that's the going price. It was super busy on a late Thursday afternoon with all the locals saying this is the only place in town they would patronize. read more
