I had the pleasure to meet Amanda and I was greeted with a delicious apple caramel mimosa. Amanda absolutely set a tone for the whole experience. Everything was clean, fresh and very modern. Amanda explained to me step-by-step how the tint, shaping brows and what my skin could look like afterwards. I was thankful that Amanda took the time to explain the whole experience. When I told her I was not happy with the result, her responses was "well that's just what you're working with with your eyebrows" and was genuinely so rude. She told me that I already know how to fill mine in so it was MY fault that I'm not happy with the service. I live 30 mins from her work place and still go just for eyebrow waxing because she is the best (and yes, I tried other providers for comparison). She will talk if you want or silently focus on your brows. I appreciate this because there are some days I just want to come in and relax without chit chat. She has a policy of not accepting clients past 7 mins late as this keeps everyone on track. So I can always expect her to be on time for me, which is appreciated.
