My eyebrows have been difficult to maintain over the years and I disliked that they were not even in shape, fill, arch, etc. So my primary goal in getting powder brows was for my brows to be evened out, filled in, and easy to maintain semi-long term. I went in for the main appointment and 1 follow up appointment, and ultimately still feel that my brows are uneven. In the follow up appointment, I tried to point out the area that I was still concerned about, but the artist and I did not seem to agree over this trouble spot. She said they were fine and even from her perspective, but now a few weeks out, I still see it as an issue. Additionally, a lot of focus was spent on filling and shaping one brow over the other and now one is clearly more filled than the other. I won't be going in for another follow up appointment due to cost and results thus far. Ultimately, I will not invest in this service again in the future.

Beware. I went in for a touch up on my eyebrows and when I left they were uneven and the ends were…read morered and turned up. I texted Tisha and let her know. She said don't worry about it I can fix it when you come in for follow up visit. When I went back she went over them again with color. As soon as I left and got in my car and saw they were still very uneven and still had the red tip that was turned up. Not sure how that could of even happened. You will see it in the pictures. I had someone who's an expert at fixing other people's mistakes look at them a few days after. She said they are blue and silver and she should of known that would happen. I had to go through a painful removal process and spend more $$$. Tisha told me not to do and to let it heal as if that was going to change blue/silver brows to a normal color and fix the unevenness. All trust had been broken at this point too. There is no way I would trust her a third time. I have to wait at least 3 months now before I can do anything more with my brows. I had to get bangs so no one would see crusty, ugly looking brows while they were healing from the removal. Tisha was unwilling to refund my money. She told me at my first appointment she guaranteed her work but she was unwilling to refund me and blamed me for the results. She said I didn't follow instructions. I did follow instructions 100% but after going to her twice and seeing my eyebrows get worse I decided to listen to the advice of the woman who is fixing them and start the removal process. The woman who did my removal said she went to the same school Tisha did and she also should have known that the best most effective way to fix bad color is do a remove the color ASAP and not wait six weeks. If I waited the six weeks the color would of been harder to remove. I know she goes by different names which should have been a red flag to me and considering she has no other reviews but she's been doing eyebrows for years?
