Great experiences thus far at this location. I've been a customer with Idolized for a few years and visited 4 locations in the Charlotte area. Most of the time there is little to no wait. There's an Esthetician available for facials, waxing, and perhaps massages. Cost use to be $12 for eyebrows but as of March 2025 it's been $15. It was $12 everywhere for over a decade. read more

I stopped by to get my eyebrows stained and the girl that did them made them too thick so she wiped it off and tried several more times but couldn't get it right, whereas I used a different locations weeks prior and it was spot on. The lady knew I was not happy but still charged me and I tipped her. Needless to say, I won't go back there. read more

I went in for a brow wax and stain at this location for the first time and had an awful experience. The esthetician was not very welcoming or thorough when explaining this service. After the initial shape, I wanted some correcting because I thought the brows were too thick. While fixing them for me, she wiped more of the pigment off of my brows before I left. I couldn't see it at the time but when I noticed that it was much lighter and would not last as long as I expected, I went back to the shop the same day to see if there was anything that could be done. From the moment I met the esthetician she treated me and my service like an inconvenience. She explained that there was nothing else that could be done about my service due to the chemicals in the staining but honestly it should have been fixed before I left the establishment the first time. The service is too expensive not to be satisfied with the work and now I have to go on vacation dissatisfied with something I paid $60 (tip included) for. There was no refund, no apology, and a lot of discomfort. I will not be returning. read more

I walked into this location on a Wednesday at noon for eyebrows. I recently moved to the area and the East Blvd location is too far for me now. There was only one person threading, so I had a bit of a wait - there were four people ahead of me. However, the wait was worth it. I never know what to ask for, but the brow stylist offered to leave them thick but give me some shape. I agreed. She did an excellent job! She left my eyebrows thick but gave me a really flattering arch. I can see why there were so many people walking in on a random Wednesday. I came here for a scheduled facial. I did have a 50% off coupon from a yelp event. Making the appointment was a breeze. I came in and the girls were friendly. I had a few forms to do and I didn't wait long at all to get started. The facial itself was fantastic. Very relaxing and thorough. Super detailed and refreshing. There were a few things that I didn't like about my visit. The first one was the table. It was hard as a rock. One of the most uncomfortable tables I've ever laid on. The sheets and blankets itself were nice and soft. The other thing i wasn't crazy about was the noise. The room I was in was directly across their break room. I could hear every single word they were saying. I can hear the microwave opening and closing and beeping. I can also hear people opening food wrappers. I wish maybe the break room door was closed or that they talked more softly. Overall, decent experience. I would be more prone coming in just to get my eyebrows threaded. read more

I've had lots of brow waxes, threadings and tints at other brow salons in California but this was my first time visiting this salon. Kristen was wonderful. She explained the entire process to me before beginning and answered all my questions because I had never done a lamination before. My brows turned out beautifully! I am very pleased and will be referring this salon, service and Kristen to my cousin who lives in the area. YEAH...My first YEE with Yelp! Idolize is located in the Rea Farms shopping center off Ardrey Kell Road. Great location to get all your personal needs from BROWS, nails, hair to grabbing dinner or grocery shop at HT. Upon entering Idolize Brows, I was greeted by several smiles and a snack table on the size. Although I opted to skip the snack table, it did look delicious. There are 4 chairs available, and several rooms for facials and waxing services. Sangti was by brow stylist last night and she was great. Before she began my threading, she asked what is the looking i'm going for or is this for maintenance. As she's styling my brows, she is also providing advice as to how to maintain, how often I need to come back and how long my brows need to in order to capture the look I'm hoping to achieve. After my services, I was than taken on a tour of the facility and informed of the additional services that is available such as facials, chemical peels and waxing. The best part about their threading services is appointments are not required. That's awesome! I look forward to my next visit in the next several weeks! This was my very first Yelp Elite event! The staff here at IDOLIZE was very warm and inviting. They even had snacks ready along with our services. Vee even gave me a quick tour of the place. I was able to get my eyebrows threaded by Bhumi. I usually avoid any type of pain, so I was nervous. The threading process was quick, and I loved the results. The service only costs $12 which I think is a steal given the professionalism and ambiance of the building. The building was definitely clean, cute, and super chic! I loved the ambiance and color scheme of the place. This intimidated me at first because places like this usually have prices that are ridiculous. That wasn't the case here! All prices seemed very affordable, and the staff was very knowledgeable about all their services. Because of the staff and affordability, I will definitely be back here.
