Could have saved half the cost by just buying for 2 kids. You definitely don't need more than an hour either. It's really loud, so it's not great for autistic or sensory sensitive kids. My kids don't enjoy water directly in their face, and there's nowhere to go that doesn't have water landing directly in your face. There's nowhere for adults to sit, and it's a small room so there's residual splashing everywhere; wear pool shoes even if you don't go on the play structure and are just supervising the kids. During the 5-minute breaks once per hour, it would be nice if you could use the adjacent pool I but it was occupied with aquatic sports teams. Staff were very friendly, and the overall sports/rec facility looks huge and very clean. Locker rooms were very clean as well. For our family, however, it just wasn't worth the price paid nor was it the type of water park that would work for older kids or autistic kids.

Online the hours for the escape room said 10am-11pm, but there were no specific time slots to reserve (first come, first serve). Based on the hours listed, we arrived at 11am. No one was at the booth at 11am, although it was set up, so we assumed that they were on a break to grab food or in the restroom and had taken all of the cash register items with them. We decided to go on a couple rides and came back to the booth around 11:30 and it was still untouched. We called the number listed on the trailers 3 times before finally getting someone to answer. We were told that the booth hours were actually 12/12:30 for the opening time (??) but someone would be "right over to help us". We waited another hour (past the 12:30 time originally stated) and no one showed up to work the booth. We tried calling again and no one answered the number listed. I'm not sure if the person that was supposed to work that day just up and quit, but there needed to be better communication if that was the case, versus someone ignoring our phone calls and the booth never opening.

There are different time-slots designated depending on the age group you decide to jump with. Each jump is allotted 3 hours. For instance, families with small kids jump early and adults jump in the evening. During the adult jump there was a live DJ who came up with games to engage the jumpers. The setup is comprised of 5 inflatable bounce houses with different themes. Within each of the bounce houses there are different props and games such as basketball hoops with beachballs for basketballs, gladiator rings, mini slides, a foam machine, and giant chairs. The best feature is the large slide that's attached to the "world's biggest bounce house" attraction, which is the largest of the 5 bounce houses. Some things to know before you go: - The weight limit is 245lbs - Bring extra socks, even if you just keep them in the car to change into afterwards. The weather was clear on our jump day, but rained in the days prior, which led to unavoidable puddles of water throughout all of the bounce houses. The temperature was around 60 degrees, so after a while walking around with wet socks was too cold and uncomfortable, which caused us to leave early - Wear shoes you don't mind getting dirty Recommend going on a warm day (not hot), ideally after consistently dry weather.

You have to pre book time slots which are in blocks of 20mins for up to 8 people. We booked the Junior race which is 20-25 laps for 7-12yr olds. This was ideal for me because the kids were first time racers and racing amongst friends which was highly preferred for safety reasons. Not to mention our original plan was go karting but outdoors so this was the perfect pivot in order to still have an activity for my baby boy. For 8 riders I spent around $140 and I considered that a win as their birthday packages were out of my budget. After booking online they send you a waiver, I highly suggest filling this out before you get there to cut down on time. Before racing the kids were given helmets, watched a safety video and then they were off. They all thoroughly enjoyed their ride and I loved that they got to get their feet wet in an environment that was curated and safe. They're offering summer classes that are focused on stem skill sets as it relates to cars which is really cool. Im not sure how much it cost but will fill out an interest form to see if it's feasible. They also offer passes which and prices can be found on their website. Their customer service is stellar! It's requested that you arrive 15mins before your race time and we were running behind trying to wrangle all the kids and make sure we all showed up at the same time. I called and asked to push our time from 12:30 to 12:50, the young lady I spoke to on the phone was so courteous and switched our time no problem. Then I had the nerve to still run behind for our 12:50 slot and called again to ensure we could still race and to avoid having parents drive up there if we couldn't. Kimberly still accepted us, no problem and was so gracious and patient with us when we arrived. I cannot say enough about how accommodating and kind she was in getting us situated once we got in. Obviously this is not an invitation to play with their policies haha but more to highlight how willing they were to work with me despite accommodating me already.
