Wouldn't be against these rules if it actually made sense. 1. They took away the dodgeball area 2. You can no longer sit outside the trampoline area to watch your kid. There are some parts of the trampoline area that now have a blind spot without the ability to move on the blue carpet. 3. When I asked why the change, was told the employee he didn't know. I have photos to show the blind spot . 4. I've been reprimanded for using a water bottle. I'm sorry but I'm not going to apologize for my son needing to drink water, nor am I going to buy a $4 bottle of water from you. 5. Every time my kid is in the toddler area there is an employee almost right behind him to pick up. It's beyond weird. 6. They have limited how many big balls can be out in the soccer area 7. Today I witnessed an employee tell a couple kids they aren't allowed to do backflips on the trampoline area. 8. I also got reprimanded for having my own bottle of water hidden away in my purse. 9. Basketball had been down for awhile too We have an annual membership and I can't imagine wanting to renew. This place is getting way too controlling. There always a lot going on but it still feels structured and that's what matters most lol. It's easy to book, parties or just regular jump time. Today I booked regular jump for 5pm. At 3:30 ( you can book same day within the hour). Parking is easy, location is safe, there's other amenities. They also have certain "events" on certain days . I know for my daughter's birthday we had her party on a glow in the dark night, and this is something they regularly offer. So there's variety and fun. It's been 4 years ( since we been coming here) and I can honestly say they become a go to.

There were lots of staff at the front desk. All were teenagers or early twenties and were very helpful and nice when I interacted with them. There was staff in each of the areas monitoring and they were paying attention. There were a few instances where they stepped in to warn kids of things they should not be doing (climbing on stuff they should not have been climbing on). Here are a few thoughts on this Sky Zone location: 1) I would say that this is a spot for 1-2 hours of play as there is not enough stuff here to keep a kid interested for a longer time and 2) kids with have more fun and be more engaged if they come with a group of other kids they know (family or friends) and 3) based on the activities/areas they have, I would say that this place is geared more for the 11-10 and below age group. There was a decent amount of seating near the court areas for parents to watch. Overall I think that this would be a good spot to bring a group of kids to come and burn off some energy.

The parties can bring their own decorations, goodie bags, cakes, etc. those who are participating in the trampoline activities are given special socks to use on the trampoline. Could have saved half the cost by just buying for 2 kids. You definitely don't need more than an hour either. It's really loud, so it's not great for autistic or sensory sensitive kids. My kids don't enjoy water directly in their face, and there's nowhere to go that doesn't have water landing directly in your face. There's nowhere for adults to sit, and it's a small room so there's residual splashing everywhere; wear pool shoes even if you don't go on the play structure and are just supervising the kids. During the 5-minute breaks once per hour, it would be nice if you could use the adjacent pool I but it was occupied with aquatic sports teams. Staff were very friendly, and the overall sports/rec facility looks huge and very clean. Locker rooms were very clean as well. For our family, however, it just wasn't worth the price paid nor was it the type of water park that would work for older kids or autistic kids.
