They were very patient and helpful. While we waited for the party room we had some unexpected additions to our group they easily added them to our group and assured me all kids would receive the items the other party goers received. Once it was time to go to our party room we were greeted by our party rep. She was awesome! I'm sad I do not remember her name but I will leave her description because she was absolutely amazing! (African American young lady with locs) Boy was this a great experience, especially as a parent who hates kid party places lol!! Great service and a great time!! Thank you to everyone that had a hand in helping my family and friends celebrate my son's 8thbirthday!! Marked down one star because it was almost unbearably hot the entire time we were there. I don't know how the kids were able to run around and play in that type of uncomfortable heat.

Wouldn't be against these rules if it actually made sense. 1. They took away the dodgeball area 2. You can no longer sit outside the trampoline area to watch your kid. There are some parts of the trampoline area that now have a blind spot without the ability to move on the blue carpet. 3. When I asked why the change, was told the employee he didn't know. I have photos to show the blind spot . 4. I've been reprimanded for using a water bottle. I'm sorry but I'm not going to apologize for my son needing to drink water, nor am I going to buy a $4 bottle of water from you. 5. Every time my kid is in the toddler area there is an employee almost right behind him to pick up. It's beyond weird. 6. They have limited how many big balls can be out in the soccer area 7. Today I witnessed an employee tell a couple kids they aren't allowed to do backflips on the trampoline area. 8. I also got reprimanded for having my own bottle of water hidden away in my purse. 9. Basketball had been down for awhile too We have an annual membership and I can't imagine wanting to renew. This place is getting way too controlling. Here is a photo of the blue area I am speaking of where you can no longer watch your kid.

There always a lot going on but it still feels structured and that's what matters most lol. It's easy to book, parties or just regular jump time. Today I booked regular jump for 5pm. At 3:30 ( you can book same day within the hour). Parking is easy, location is safe, there's other amenities. They also have certain "events" on certain days . I know for my daughter's birthday we had her party on a glow in the dark night, and this is something they regularly offer. So there's variety and fun. It's been 4 years ( since we been coming here) and I can honestly say they become a go to.

I will never go back.

I have been to many indoor play grounds and I feel that they do ok with cleaning, but everything just kind of looks dirty and am not sure how they keep things like the foam jump pit sanitary. Additionally, it gets very crowded. I get a little nervous about my kids with jumping right into others when it gets to be too many kids in one zone.

There were lots of staff at the front desk. All were teenagers or early twenties and were very helpful and nice when I interacted with them. There was staff in each of the areas monitoring and they were paying attention. There were a few instances where they stepped in to warn kids of things they should not be doing (climbing on stuff they should not have been climbing on). Here are a few thoughts on this Sky Zone location: 1) I would say that this is a spot for 1-2 hours of play as there is not enough stuff here to keep a kid interested for a longer time and 2) kids with have more fun and be more engaged if they come with a group of other kids they know (family or friends) and 3) based on the activities/areas they have, I would say that this place is geared more for the 11-10 and below age group. There was a decent amount of seating near the court areas for parents to watch. Overall I think that this would be a good spot to bring a group of kids to come and burn off some energy.

Review of water park only:…read more Don't buy for the whole family. We made the mistake of buying for a family of 4, but only small kids would enjoy this. Could have saved half the cost by just buying for 2 kids. You definitely don't need more than an hour either. It's really loud, so it's not great for autistic or sensory sensitive kids. My kids don't enjoy water directly in their face, and there's nowhere to go that doesn't have water landing directly in your face. There's nowhere for adults to sit, and it's a small room so there's residual splashing everywhere; wear pool shoes even if you don't go on the play structure and are just supervising the kids. During the 5-minute breaks once per hour, it would be nice if you could use the adjacent pool I but it was occupied with aquatic sports teams. Staff were very friendly, and the overall sports/rec facility looks huge and very clean. Locker rooms were very clean as well. For our family, however, it just wasn't worth the price paid nor was it the type of water park that would work for older kids or autistic kids.

I wrote the following note to the staff at Scramble on February 2nd. I received no reply - it…read moreapparently registered no concern with them. I am writing with some concerns about the way my family was treated by your staff on Saturday morning at the Alexandria location. First, let me share that my wife and I discovered Scramble at Christmastime, and have now been several times to both the Alexandria and Falls Church locations. I felt we had discovered a true gem - a place where we could retreat with our now two-year-old for a morning or afternoon of fun. The whole environment is designed for fun, and I appreciated how inclusive things felt, as we interacted with your staff and strangers with smiles all around. But our visit on Saturday left us feeling unwelcome, embarrassed, and like second-class citizens. We visited the Falls Church location a few weeks ago and asked about birthday options outside of hosting a party, because we envisioned a very small gathering. The staff member there explained that if you do not book the birthday package, you cannot bring in outside cake or balloons and that we would only be able to purchase food from you all. Got it - all good! We invited two friends and their little ones to gather with us on Saturday morning, we paid the entry fees for everyone who joined, and we ordered a few pizzas to enjoy while our little ones ran around. We were first approached by your staff member, Cora, shortly after receiving our food. She came to our table and told us to move the two tables that we had pulled together apart. Her approach was curt - she didn't start by explaining any rationale for what the issue was - she simply gave us the directive. I asked her if she was serious because of the tone - I was honestly surprised - and then she explained that it was a fire hazard. So we moved the tables apart and returned to our fun. About twenty minutes later, while we were all away from the tables where our belongings were sitting, Cora approached again. This time, she snatched a gift bag while my wife was nearby. She told my wife that gifts were not allowed, and proceeded to move it outside of the play area. I intervened to ask her what the issue was, and she explained that we could not have a gift without having a party. I then went to the front desk and spoke with her and the party manager for a while to ask what the issue was and to share that I felt like we were being targeted because we had two separate interactions, and none of this was explained when we checked into the venue. We are not rule-breakers. I am fastidious in honoring the rules of any space I enter. My wife jokes about me being too straight-laced. I understand that Scramble has rules, and have no desire to work around them. I believe that this interaction could have been resolved through a simple dialogue where a member of your staff could have politely shared the policy and asked us to make a shift. Instead, we felt like delinquent teenagers, and the experience was deeply embarrassing and off-putting. Our guests, visiting for the first time after our rave reviews, wondered what the issue was. After Cora removed the gift bag without approaching us to explain things, I felt unwelcome and uneasy about even staying. I felt the message she sent to us was that we were second-class citizens that day - those deserving of respect at your establishment are those who pay a premium for expanded services. And I could not help but wonder if the interactions would be different if half of us were not people of color. I am not sharing this because I seek retribution against Cora. I share this instead, hoping that your establishment can be more considerate of your guests. You say that your mission is to "provide extraordinary play for all children"; I hope you will consider that the environment you create for families has an impact on your ability to attain that mission.

From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless--the entrance, bathrooms, and play areas were all incredibly clean and well maintained. Since it was our first visit, Cora took the time to walk us through the layout and answer all of our questions. The food was fresh, delicious, and exceeded our expectations. As an added bonus, they have Wi-Fi! I was able to get some work done while my toddler had a blast playing. Highly recommend this place--we'll definitely be coming here from now on!
