The Girl who answered and scheduled my appointment was the best! So efficient! Loved her to. Was her name Ruth??? They had it delivered by 2 pm!! The 2 movers were so so so so kind , courteous and strong! Even the person whom they picked up the table from let me know how much she liked them. Completed a 5 hour move. There were 2 issues after the move. called the owner who said Tom would contact me. After 9 calls and 3 days, Tom showed up late. i spend over 6 hours over the 3 days waiting for his call or for him to show up. when he did show up late, he had no apologies and that he could only speak for himself and not for the company. Not even sure why he came. Fixed one issue and said, in his professional opinion, the damage to the stairs was not caused by movers. He then criticized the wood of the stairs, demanded to see the furniture item that caused the damage and said damage caused by movers going up and down the stairs was not the movers responsibility, At that time, i asked him to leave and on the way out, he slammed the gate. i know the force because i caught the gate before it closed. He was yelling on his way out. Not very professional. would not recommend this company as they obviously do not have the staff to handle their work or individuals who know how to work with customers and address problems to solve them. read more

Small furniture move from a condo in town to a house in the suburbs. Movers arrived on time and loaded and protected the furniture. Then they let me know when they were on the way to my house. If I could give 7 stars, I would - that is how phenomenal the friendly and witty owner Keith and one of his crew members; Cam, were when they moved a very large; somewhat fragile and unique, item from a ground floor apartment to a temporary location (shown in photo) until my new residence (being renovated) is finished. The "move" actually took place on 2 separate days back in August - first was my normal large furniture - bed and frame, coffee table, several chest of drawers, a large wooden dining table with 4 matching chairs, etc., and then the 2nd day was the "very large unique item". I have attached a photo of Keith and Cam moving the almost 14 foot long by 6 foot wide HO scale model train layout... note the "breakable" styrene plastic buildings and structures, which were not damaged at all- not even a scratch on them or the heavy (estimated 200+ lbs. in weight) 1" plywood table top with solid wood joists and crossbeams. They; Endless Summer Movers and their crews (I believe they have 3 full moving crews) are just simply the cream of the crop regarding moving companies on O'ahu, as they do not "gouge and overcharge" like virtually every other moving company on this island. read more

Needed to move my Mom from a 2bed condo at Marco Polo to 1bed in Kakaako. These guys were awesome! Keith (owner) was very responsive in setting things up and answering questions. His three man crew was on time, super polite, hard working (non-stop), and very careful with the goods. To load the goods they needed to walk 100 steps from the unit located at the end of the floor to service elevator at the other end, no problem for these guys. I called to schedule our last minute move on a Friday and Keith called me back within an hour and offered a move date for the following Tuesday. He took all our information and gave me a estimate and was very transparent about what to expect. The night before our move Keith texted me to confirm everything. On the day of, Dre texted me multiple times throughout the day to give me a better idea of when they'd be arriving. Upon arrival, Dre, Josh, and Steven came in and introduced themselves right away to me and my husband. They got to work immediately and worked very quickly and carefully. They were extremely respectful of us and our belongings and seemed to really enjoy working as a team. It also happened to start pouring and they made sure to cover our belongings and continued loading everything back and forth. At our destination, they worked very quickly again and this time had to navigate stairs, but they did great and got everything moved in so efficiently and cautiously. They were also very understanding about removing their shoes each time they entered the house which I get makes moving things a lot more tricky. Once everything had been unloaded from the truck, we were asked to view all the furniture to see if we were happy with placement, and if not they were more than willing to move things around. They did ask us where we wanted each item placed initially, though. The bill was reviewed with us in detail and the pricing was calculated and confirmed right in front of us. Payment was easy to complete with credit card. I am so happy I found them on YELP and would recommend them to everyone!! 10/10 for their awesome service and upbeat personalities. I've moved a couple of times in the last 5 years, and after my last move, I swore that when I had to move again, I'd hire movers. So this time around, that's just what I did (with my boyfriend protesting the whole time). But see, we lived in the lower floor of a 2 story home. And we had not one, but two sets of stairs to get to the 40-ft driveway. We had a few items to move that were unreasonably heavy, and upon getting some quotes via Yelp, I found that we might be better off just hiring a company to do a truckload. We really dragged our feet getting a mover, and with all the insanity in closing on a new house and trying to get some minor renovations in during our 1-week time off from work, we ended up trying to book someone a day or two before we were actually going to move our things. Crazy? Yes. Likely a disaster? Maybe. But not with Endless Summer Movers! They were so fantastic! From getting the quote, setting up the appointment, and actually getting the move done, everything went so smoothly and stress-free! Keith and his helper (I wish I could remember his name, I'm sorry!), did an awesome job moving out our upstairs unit. We were particularly worried about our large couch, as it took seven full-grown adults and one child to move the monstrosity INTO the unit. We asked them to take this couch, our bed, table, and a few heavier items. They actually ended up taking boxes we had already packed, and planned to take over ourselves and said since they were being paid per hour, and not per item, that they would be happy to take them. While one was wrapping up the larger furniture, the other was moving boxes out to the truck. AWESOME, RIGHT?! I was rather skeptical upon seeing only two movers arrive, but was quickly put in my place when I realized how capable they were. Moving everything out took about three hours, and that included two sets of stairs, one inside the house and one outside. While I would think some movers would be very happy to just take their time knowing they would be paid hourly, Keith and his partner were hustling constantly, and moving the entire time they were there. The drop off also happened quickly, and they even moved the big items into their respective rooms for us. I think it was a big job for only two people, which is what left me even more impressed. The unit did sustain a small amount of damage (due to the couch monstrosity), but Keith was very quick to take responsibility, and asked us to give our landlord his information so he could be charged for the repair. Keith was also very easy to work with, very personable and informal, which we appreciated. He was easy to contact as well. I could not recommend them more highly. These guys are life savers! So busy with other life stuff that this move was at the worst time. I wasn't even ready, but they helped me pack up the extra stuff I didnt get to....the new place had the slowest elevator ever, stairs, and had to park a ways because it was in a busy area....with that pain in the butt area and building, they still made it painless for me, and got it done fast! They have great communication via text, with helpful updates. I even texted them the night before because I was freaking out about not being ready and he basically said "no worries we got it".....which made me feel so relieved that were gona get it done no matter what. I've used Endless Summer movers twice and I can say confidently that Keith is knowledgeable, efficient and experienced. His truck arrives equipped with blankets, plastic wrapping, and all manner of heavy duty straps and his team is focused and speedy. There's no need to shop around for price or quality of service comparisons. Keith, Casey and his team are wonderfully responsive, professional, meticulous and careful with your property. If I ever need to move anything, even home delivery, I'll go with this company in a heartbeat. I needed to move around an entire household (4 bedroom, living room, dining room and covered lanai) worth of antique, pure wood furniture. Large, bulky and (in some cases) extremely fragile pieces. They handled each piece as if it were their own and equally careful with the house. Finally, the price was very reasonable. I shopped around for comparison and Endless was the second best price. My interactions with them by email and phone, however, ultimately tipped the scale with going with them. You'll find it very hard to find both price and quality of service (and I've moved around more than a handful of times both at my expense and my company's expense). They were so professional! Moved almost 2 months ago and forgot to write this review. Moving can be a stressful time, but the guys had such great attitudes that it made the transition pretty easy. They arrived on time and started working right away. All in all, the move of a 2bd, 1.5 bath took approximately 4 hours. It was about a 7 mile move. All my items were cared for. I called other companies but I'm pretty sure they had the best rates, especially for the service they provide. I've moved a lot, and now loathe moving hahah.
