He hooked me up to a negative contrast machine and I told him it was hurting as tears streamed down my face. He cracked joke with another patient across the room "Darlene thinks she's in Matt's pain clinic". I didn't find it humorous at all. He acted like I just didn't want to exercise, but I was in an extreme amount of pain for which he had no compassion. He left that machine on my foot that felt like it was burning my skin off He stated it was on the lowest temperature snd seemed exasperated with me. The assistant showed more compassion than he did, but she had to do what he said. She apologized on his behalf. He refused to take it off. Prior to my few visits with Matt I had the cold version of CRPS. My foot was always ice cold and often blue or purple. After him using this machine for 25 minutes it always on fire. My surgeon said Matt was too aggressive with the machine with my nerve injury snd my nerve will now likely stay this way. Matt, you harmed me and you treated me poorly while you did it. I was kind to you. You were stressed because your children were in the were out of school with you at work, and I was trying to help you entertain them while you helped patients. I don't know why you felt you had the right to treat me the way you did. It was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I'm so angry at you for what you've done to my foot. It's in even more intense pain than before I saw you. You need to learn to listen to your patients. You told me I needed to do what you said or my ankle was going to be stuck like that when I was in intense pain. You said it to embarrass me if front of other people. That is not helping the situation. I didn't need you to act that way. You even said "'m not here to be your friend". Firstly, I didn't ask you to be and secondly that doesn't sound like someone who wants to help me. I've waited a long time before writing this review. I decided to go ahead with it, because you damaged my foot for life. i was recovering from a nerve wrap surgery and you chose to heat it up and now it's good and mad. Before coming to you I was making some progress at least able to walk some, but once this foot got put into a fire its changed everything. I'm really disabled now. I'm having to get a spine stimulator. I just want you to think next time. Be nicer and less cruel and judgmental. You have no ideal what I had been suffering with and I doubt you could have even handled it if your kids being if the office were stressing you out. I heard such good things about you, but you did not live up to them. Your knowledge about CRPS was not on point either.

The nurses are good, administrators are pretty good, but the NP's and physicians do not like self-assured, educated mothers who know their rights and sought to undermine as a distraction from surgical malpractice the first year in the region. Contributing to defamation, this practice caused social discrimination through social engineering and science in places like libraries on other mothers with children, and in my career in the community. It took every opportunity to triangulate between my daughters and I. It tried to generate an economy inviting our social connections to town, but also tried to make value judgements on our educations, experience and professions forged in other states, while encouraging a culture in medical society of ethnographic research using our family, as has historically been Virginia's and UVA's medical orthography, including historic precedents of eugenics. The outcome was trauma and hardship and otherwise we are very close. If you have a specific need for a child, this is not the practice for you. If you are the mother of an infant, I would not recommend this practice. If you only need vaccinations and well-checks for teens in sports, and you are Christian and have a positive church affiliation, this practice is ok.

I love doctor Sylvester and the staff is always kind and respectable. Today I brought my mother in who doesn't EVER go to the doctor because of a awful head/chest cold and I probably won't ever get her back in to one. I have a cough, but she ten times worse than me. The staff was respectable even having to work in pouring rain..they made us take a covid test, and the doctor came out to check us- nothing to see on my end other than a awful cough. My mother on the other hand, had wheezing which he said was pretty bad and wanted to know if she had an inhaler, coughing up yellow and green phlegm(you get the picture )..you can hear and see she is very ill.. Dr. Keller comes back out and says we are both negative, but we probably still have Covid- quarantine and good luck! I stopped him because we've been out in the parking lot for almost two hours and he isn't going to give us anything to help, we didn't come for a Covid test! We need medication because nothing we are taking is helping... he said take an OTC, which we already are, we wouldn't be here if it were working! He then decides to call in a medicine for our cough to take with an OTC. I stopped him again and ask him if he could prescribe something for my mother, his response was she needs to quit smoking (yes, she does), and she can call him tomorrow or Monday.. why not today.. if we probably have Covid and it's so deadly why isn't he going to treat our symptoms!? He hasn't seen bacterial bronchitis from IT, so he didn't want to prescribe an antibiotic. I asked from what, he said what is probably Covid! So the test says negative, but it's probably Covid, but it couldn't be bronchitis.. Never in my life. I'm so disappointed maybe if our tests were positive we would have been treated differently. This is my second meeting with Dr. Keller and he pushed the Covid vaccine at my UTI visit after having a baby.. both of us are not vaccinated, which he was displeased.. I've had Covid already..I felt like he didn't want to help us and of course the one time I get her to go to the doctor we get a good luck champ! Awesome! I will go to another walk in clinic if he is the only doctor running the show. I will continue to make my usual appts, but not with him.
