We couldn't send it because your primary never responded to the bill we submitted to them so that we couldn't bill the secondary insurance. Then how can I pay a bill I have yet to receive an invoice for? Then, we spoke to you on the phone and told you this information. We tried calling you. My first experience involved the booking of a cleaning when the hygienist was on maternity leave. I sat and waited for my appointment only to be informed of this by the dentist. When I told the dentist I was unaware and mainly booked the appointment for this reason she spoke with the office manager who lied to my face saying she did. I let out go because mistakes happen and just rebooked for a cleaning. My next experience was for a cleaning and a filling. After leaving the office I was flossing maybe 2 days after the appointment and I noticed a hole still in my tooth for the same area that was to be serviced for my filling.
