Do you want a great bagel backed by amazing humans? Then this is your place! We have been hunting for a great bagel scene and I think we found it! We were greeted by the owner who told us their story and his method to making their bagels. They are made daily and the dough is left to proof overnight. They have breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, and a large selection of bagels and cream cheeses to choose from. We tried the traditional (bacon egg and cheese) as well as the French toast sandwich (Persian roll, sausage egg and cheese). Both of these hit the spot and the breakfast need perfectly! We also got a selection of 6bagels to take home. They gave us a sticker with the reheating instructions which was perfect because turns out there is a way to reheat it. I'm actually surprised that many people haven't wrote much about this place.It's actually very one of the best places to get breakfast at. My personal favorite is the French Toast Twist i haven't had anything like this. It's like a french toast sandwich with egg and cheese in the middle of it like a breakfast sandwich.Fresh-Baked Jumbo Muffins i believe I have the blueberry or the chocolate one.But it was excellent.Ubora Coffee was the best I haven't been to that place in downtown for a long time.So being able to drink coffee from that place again was the best what is the cream and sugar especially if you don't want to hold chalk full of sweet drink. We were out of town visiting our son. Found this place on yelp and had to give it a try. Very friendly staff, helped us out with the menu. All of us got a breakfast sandwich which they were all very good and tasty. Loved the bagels. We were headed home so we also bought some bagels with their pickle cream cheese. Very very good. Service was great, super friendly people doing their best. This is like a just not for me bagel snob situation so if you are not spoiled by bagels from bagels shops in the tri-state made with barely malt, twice the size fluff and chew the have at this place. The taste was good but the size and texture was all wrong :/. I was super excited when I found this place on yelp this morning and super disappointed now at least for me. I ordered the lox on an everything bagel and their cinnamon balls with cream cheese dip -- both absolute standouts. The salmon was bright, fresh, and flavorful, and those cinnamon balls? Pillowy, hot, and dangerously good. The dipping sauce was so delicious I almost ate it by itself. The service sealed the deal. Everyone was so warm and genuine that it felt like I was being greeted by old friends, even though it was my first visit. Bonus points for the coffee bar -- they brewed it fresh with at least four creamer and syrup options, which made it feel extra thoughtful. Would I return? 100%. I newly discovered this place and heard about their fresh bagels. If you're looking for store bought cheap bready bagels, go somewhere else because these are not that! They are great bagels with a good bite and chew and so many good options. I wanted one of everything so I got a mixed dozen to share with the office and we all had only good things to note with the freshness and the flavor. I also had a Biscuit- this thing was perfect! A little crunch on the outside and nice and soft inside. Just added butter and couldn't have asked for anything better. Bagels are fresh, soft and delicious here. The owners are super sweet and welcoming. They are accommodating and explain their selections really well. In addition to bagels, they have bagel chips, housemade hummus and cream cheese. They also have muffins, cookies and a cinnamon roll like pastry. Well I didn't get a photo of my bagel, just know that it was devoured! For some reason, I had Salmon on my mind heavy this morning so I sought out lox in my area! Elemy was at the top of my search and on the way to where I was headed. Upon arriving, I heard the cashier (owner) saying they were still waiting for a delivery so I told them I'd be back. I came back maybe an hour and a half later to get that bagel! A garlic bagel w/salmon & lox to be exact and boyyy was it worth it. I randomly got chocolate milk with it as well, not sure what the random cravings were that day but they were satisfied. The place is pretty small but not necessarily cramp. No restroom so use it beforehand. The price was a bit high but those are the times we're in but I will def return to try other items! read more

Just stumbled on this place, tucked-away in the corner of a place we'd been to before but have never really noticed. The bagels were fresh and totally delicious. And what a variety of cream cheeses! Instead of getting our usual morning biscuits we decided to try something different and hit up Elemy's. Good New York style bagels are hard to find in Augusta but Elemy's has it on lock! Located in the Verandah behind what used to be Smith Chevron. Elemy's is tucked into the right corner in a bright and welcoming corner. The ambiance is warm and inviting. There are a few tall seats in front of counters by the windows if you want to eat there. The wait person was nice and friendly telling us all about how the bagels are made. We picked out 6 to take home with us for later along with some bacon chive cream cheese (great on grilled corn on the cob we were told). DD picked a Steakhouse Sunrise bagel sandwich, seasoned breakfast steak paired with egg and Elemy's herb cream cheese and I choose the Lox bagel, smoked atlantic salmon atop Elemy's cream cheese, capers and pickled onions. Both were delicious but I think I would opt for plain cream cheese on this option as the house cream cheese was fighting with the other strong flavors of the lox, capers and onions. There are other breakfast options like biscuits and breakfast burritos. They also have lunch sandwiches. If you needed any other reason to visit Elemy's, it is a veteran owned business. This is a nice addition to Augusta's breakfast scene, check it out soon. read more

I came just before closing, there were only some garlic and one sesame seed bagel, I'm from up north so I ate bagels all the time, these bagels were excellent and if you buy 6 they are cheaper which I did, I also bought 2small tubes of flavored cream cheese it is whipped and I prefer Philly.cream cheese cause I put about a1/2" thick slab on the bagel you can't with the whipped it was good but I prefer the Philly, woman who waited on me was very friendly and explained everything about how the bagels were made there are only 2 small tables to sit at they also have sandwiches made with the bagels and are served hot, I'll definitely be going back read more

They have a big variety of hand rolled bagels and homemade cream cheese flavors. They also serve breakfast and lunch bagels. They have a small menu of coffee, local from ubora. It is only iced and hot, with a little station for you to dress it up how you like. The workers were so kind and excited to be up and running!
