It soon turned into I think is a major job as a tree root grew over an access point for the sprinkler. I helped Manuel try and cut it and with the help of the landscaper, the root was removed. Then we found out the master valve needed to be replaced, another valve needed to be replaced, found a leak in a previously repaired pipe in the yard, one rotor was broke at the base, and another was not rotating. Guess after 19 years of never really having the system looked at, yesterday was the day to get it done, especially since the entire front yard has new sod. I am grateful Benitez came to the rescue. We will definitely use them again as we are looking to sell the house next year and I would like to make sure the new sod is covered when the sprinklers are on. I did a service request through Yelp and Chandler was very courteous and communicative throughout the whole experience. He offered the best price for the service but could only complete the service on the weekend which worked fine for us. He did an amazing job and even trimmed some extra areas for a minimal cost increase. The space under the tree was left clean of all the debris and his price included the hauling off of all the branches which we greatly appreciated. He currently accepts payment through Cash, Zelle, Cashapp, or Venmo for the services. Overall, I was very impressed with Chandler's professionalism, fair pricing, and quality of work. I highly recommend his services and wish him continued success with his growing business.
