After the initial repair, he performed a full system inspection and found one sprinkler head nonfunctional-not leaking but not spraying. Josue smoked the competition, responded very quickly and scheduled his inspection on same day. When he and his wife arrived earlier than expected, he greeted me with a big smile. The best part is that he was able to start and then finish the work same-day after inspecting the problem and providing his estimate. He carefully excavated our damaged zone valve and bailed water out by hand to avoid damaging the wiring. He had all parts readily available in his work trailer. He was completely finished just two and a half hours after his arrival, including cleanup, backfill and system testing, and his price was as estimated. Outstanding! I saw Mr. Lozano's truck parked outside my home while he was tending to another customers yard and quickly texted him for a quote. As soon as he was finished he came over to help. He was so nice and a pleasure to work with. I explained to him what I needed based on HOA requirements vs what I wanted. He showed me options, provided me a free quote and I just loved his character and vibe so much I said let's do it. WOW! Mr. Lozano and his wife took such great care of my landscaping - it was as if they were working on their own property. I can be proud to drive up to my home now!!! They asked me to check on their progress as they worked because " he wanted me to be happy with my yard." I am so impressed I will continue to use him for all my landscaping needs. My yard was clean when they were finished - SUPER CLEAN you would have never known how much work they did. The end result is absolutely beautiful. I cannot say enough about my experience or how much pride I have especially being on a main street. I've even had cars stop and look because the ugly front yard is gone and emerged is a beautiful and clean front yard. Compared to other options his pricing was great! He didn't try to price gouge me like most other landscaping businesses do. The prices some of my neighbors have paid is why my front yard has been a mess for so long. Note: We literally had one flower left and I asked him to leave it that is why there is only one flower. :) In the spring I will have him return to plant some more and I may move that flower to the backyard.
