During the phone call to figure out what he sent me he explained the prices and told me they both included the garage. I told him to go with the higher depth, but don't do the garage. He told me it would knock $75 to $100 off the price. Great. Do it. The installers had a bill for the higher price. Like an idiot I went ahead and paid it because I did not want to hold them up on getting home. Tried to contact Doug to resolve this, but he would not return calls or e-mails. Called office and got Brenda (I think that was the name). Very nice and apologized for the problem. I asked if she was going to ignore me like Doug did. PROMISED she would resolve by end of day. That was over a month ago and still nothing. Despite being nice on the phone she blew me off and kept the money. Worse, I referred them to a neighbor and they did a poor job for him that cost him additional to have another company fix. I've used this company for years for several projects of different types. Never again.
