I wanted to add a new stereo and a rear camera to my 2016 Mini, but every stereo shop told me that it couldn't be done because I needed a converter that didn't exist. I bought a Dension box to add Bluetooth to my 07 Audi A4. It plugged right into the old CD cable but was not active. After trying some YouTube videos I called and Christian picked right up. No delays, no messages. I'll skip all the steps but it turned out the car had has some other accessory to the factory harness was detached. I reattached it and fixed that problem but then the passenger side speakers didn't work. I called him back and he walked me through steps to find the problem to that as well. I could not more highly recommend! I purchased a Dension Gateway Pro Bt and Christian and His team went above and beyond!! They helped me with set up It was a breeze), and unfortunately the unit did not end up working out, (I have an Audi with a unique rom error in my cluster, which turned out to be the source of my issue) and before we figured that out, Christian was there to help me diagnose the whole way, even sending me another wiring harness across the country! I ended up getting the Gateway BT lite since it does not interact with the info cluster, and it has worked perfectly. Looking at all the options for double DIN radio mounting kits from competitors, I didn't quite like the "aftermarket" look they all had. I happened upon a video by Christian installing this kit into a 2014 GTI (exactly the application I had). It was with a full double DIN headunit so I wasn't sure if my radio would mount properly. I installed an Alpine iLX-207, its a double DIN face with a single DIN chassis. I went ahead and ordered it because after the install on the video, the fit and finish were almost factory. I ordered the piano black trim to match the A/C control garnish. I ordered it on a Friday and received it on the next Monday. Upon arrival, everything was packaged and padded so it wouldn't get damaged. Installation was a breeze and the kit holds the radio firmly. I am extremely happy with this purchase. I ended up ordering the MK5/6 shifter USB because the dash kit was so impressive. High quality products for a bargain price! Thanks again Christian for your help! read more

I purchased an amp (plug and play) for my car through their website, no problem, it was shipped, no problem. I installed using their YouTube videos. But when I turn it on I had a few issues. I emailed them on a Wednesday morning asking for advice, nothing. I posted on their Facebook wall on Thursday, no answer. On Friday I used Facebook Messenger asking for advice, got an automated response. Almost a week and no contact. I was able to figure out a couple of the issues on my own and using YouTube. I ordered a part online for my boyfriend as a gift -- he'd been wanting to add an aux jack to our car stereo. Shortly after placing the order, I received an email saying that Enfig needed to speak with me about the order. I couldn't imagine what the issue was, so when I did call I was delighted when the woman who pulled up my order told me I had chosen an unnecessarily expensive shipping option. Because I was so close to them geographically, the cheaper option would still get my package to me on time so she changed it for me. Then their technician got on the phone and asked me a couple questions (though I know next to nothing about our car) -- it turned out there was a better quality part available at the same price and that had a better warranty. Spent a great deal of time researching the BEST place to have my 2008 Audi A4 Cabriolet's audio system upgraded and adapted to my iPhone 5. Majority of Audi chat rooms and bulletin boards mentioned the products and service delivered by Enfig under the leadership of Christian Rodriguez. So it was with VERY HIGH expectations that I drove there from my home in northern Westchester County, NY to 'take a chance' they could do a 'while-you-wait' installation.. (I do not recommend doing this without calling in advance but I had another appointment nearby.) I got lucky! Simply put - Enfig EXCEEDED my expectations!!! Christian suggested adding an USB extension to the installation and custom fit the new USB port in the "never-to-be-used" cigarette socket under the center console. It looks amazing. The system works flawlessly and I finally have a fully integrated sound system with my iPhone 5. Now, some of you might wonder if this will work with the new iPhone 6. Christian assures me that it should present no issues and, at worst - we made need to upgrade the software of the Dension Gateway - no big deal. Christian's awesome videos found their way to me as I researched replacing the factory navigation in my 2008 VW R32. I was going to DIY the project when I noticed that Enfig was located in NJ. I contacted Enfig and got an immediate response. Christian followed up on the phone and guided me to the custom parts they have available to utilize all of the factory antennae and steering wheel controls. I found out about Enfig after doing some research into adding Bluetooth/USB/Aux support to my newish car's factory stereo. After reading up on some of Christian's blog posts and watching some of his YouTube videos (specifically posts/videos that pertained to my car specifically), I was able to make an informed decision on what parts to order to make it happen. Before placing my order, I compared pricing at the usual places, and Enfig beat them all (even Amazon!). Better yet, I opted for their free economy shipping (with estimated 5-10 day arrival), and they still shipped my order USPS Priority 2nd day, so everything arrived FAST! And from NJ to SF, CA even! Although I felt pretty comfortable getting everything installed thanks to Christian's blog/videos, I read through the install manual for the Bluetooth module I ordered and noticed something that I was unsure about. First I emailed them, and Amanda responded pretty much instantly, letting me know that if I called and spoke with Christian, that he would walk me through the install process. Great! I called, and after having to wait a few minutes on hold (by the way, awesome choice in 'on hold' songs... brings me back to my childhood) Christian gave me the answer I needed to get started. Needless to say, I got everything installed perfectly. Although I do have some experience doing this stuff, Enfig's (Christian's) informative blog, YouTube videos, and phone support was invaluable in my DIY install. Poor customer service and very rude. Buyers beware. Tried to place an order with their web site which did not process. Even tho all the info was correct (even submitted it a second time to double check) it did not go through. Called the credit card company and there were four authorization attempts from Enfig (even tho it was only submitted twice). The credit card company suggested I contact the merchant to try to find out what the problem with their site was. In dealing with Christian he was very rude and not interested in helping resolve the problem or complete the purchase. If they really have been in business for 15 years maybe it's time they update their site security as payment card industry standards have changed a lot. read more

I wanted a direct iphone/ipod hook into my OEM Audi Symphony stereo (no external garbage). I ended up going for the Dension 30pin and bluetooth adapter. His work was seamless (I got it installed there). No external wires, all controls on stock radio, and everything sounds and works amazing. He went out of his way to make sure I understood everything about my new toy and even did some other stuff on the internal computer while I was there. THE BEST!!!! I brought my wife's VW in to get our external Sirius radio hooked up and they did an amazing job. Not only did they hard wire the Sirius into the stock radio he also patched through the power so I don't have extra cables running all along my dash. I have never posted on Yelp but I felt the folks at Enfig deserved a bit of praise after helping me! I was having some small issues with an auxiliary adapter that I purchased, wouldn't allow access if I turned my radio off and back on while driving, not a huge issue but something that was definitely bothersome with a device that costs a fair amount of money. Well, I called Enfig asking if this was a common issue and if there was something that could be done. Christian notified me that this was most likely an issue with the new software and he would set me up with an older device. He sent me the RMA number and USPS return label right away, no issues. However, I was taking a long car trip the following weekend and with standard USPS I wouldn't receive my new product in time. So I reached out to Enfig again and was put in contact with Amanda. She set me up with a new device right away, and said that I would get my refund when the first device arrived (all of this happened in this past week so I'm still waiting on this part). Perfect right? Well unfortunately I absentmindedly forgot to inform Amanda about my old vs new software problem. She quickly ordered an old software version of the product and sent it out quickly (arrived in 2 days!) and I installed it this morning! Found them online and found they were close by. I was going to upgrade my older Audi A8 to Bluetooth and leave it stock. But when I went there I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I ended to completely changing from an upgrade to a makeover. I installed a Pioneer unit with Android Auto and took the car into the 21st century. It was a great decision. They knew how to do everything at the highest level. The job was perfect and neat. I recently had an issue with my 2015 Subaru Impreaza where my radio completely stopped working. After searching around, I decided on a radio to use, a Pioneer MVH-2300NXT with an iDatalink Maestro RR interface. Upon getting the RR, it came to light that I needed the new (and surprisingly hard to acquire) iDatalink SU2 T-Harness. After calling about 15 to 20 shops, and getting brushed off because "we don't have that" I finally found Enfig by complete accident. As soon as I spoke with Christian, I knew was who I would be using. It actually asked me what was going on, what I needed, why I needed that harness, and questions of the similar sort. After a bit of back and forth, I set an appointment with him, brought my car in, and had him install the radio with his own interface and custom harness. The radio works fantastic and I couldn't be happier with the final result, as well as Christians work and attitude during the entire job. The Dension unit I purchased from Enfig Car Stereo does NOT work as advertised. And my issues have nothing to do with the installation. It drops its Bluetooth connection constantly, it does not charge my phone as it should, the the sound quality is horrible. But the worst part of everything is Christian at Enfig Car Stereo. He won't stand behind the product.......period! I now have a until behind my dash that is no good and he won't do anything about it, unless I pay more to have it removed! His organization and the way he obviously conducts business is a disgrace and is completely unacceptable. Folks, all I can say is stay away from this company and Dension products. read more
