If I could give them 0 stars I would do it without hesitation, I went to have a new radio installed since the one I had told me that it did not work, so I asked to have a new one installed and they did not have one for my car. They told me that it would cost me $ 350 for everything that I would have to leave a deposit which I agreed to pay the deposit and return after 2 days for the installation which would last 1 hour and 40 minutes. When I returned for my surprise car so horrible they installed an old cheap radio nothing to do with the one I had originally, I quickly communicated my disgust and they offered to change it but I would have to pay $ 100 more! The shop has a family day care atmosphere. Worker have the f u pay me attitude. I went in because an air horn I had installed failed after a year. Spent 600.00 on alarm, kill switch, and air horn for alarm. First they won't have any records of your car, with system now in days able to look up customers with name or plate. If you don't have receipt they will not honor any warranty or work. After I provide the receipt to the old guy there. I'm then told that the part was out of warranty. After waiting around for a half hour. I don't understand how its out of warranty. The part is for the alarm that's not in use daily. So why would it fail unless it wasn't installed properly or the part was defective. So one work with glasses look over to lil man with weird eyes and said so how much he has to pay. Eyes start explaining I would have to come out of pocket to repair issue. I told eyes if I had to pay again for repairs I'm not going to pay his company twice for garbage work. Walked out. There's no way I'm going to pay the same company that made a poor installation in the first Lastly the kids (Nose) has no control over kids and she's need help. Grand pop eyes should stay home with kids since he not doing any real work. Instead of running day care they can focus on a new system to better service customers. I had my aftermarket headunit, amp and speakers installed in this place and the experience was horrible. First visit they spent about 4 hours had the system installed, found the front speakers don't work, loose dash kit, whining noise from the rear speakers, rear speakers loose as they only put 2 screws to secure it instead of 4, paid for the labor, dash kit and some wiring harness $240 in full . Brought the car in for the 2nd time, I was told to come at 10 AM thats when they open for business, they started working on my car after 2 hours of waiting, after the inspection they charged me 30 extra for the "noise filter" and front speakers still don't work, still got the whining noise, speakers still loose, so does the dash kit. Not to mention they broke a plastic piece that holds the seat belt in the rear of my car. Brought my car in Lexus Dealer ship and found my factory amp is blown. Now they are ignoring my emails regarding the complaint. Just don't bring your car to this shop, they will definitely mess it up. read more

IMPORTANT IF YOU PLAN ON GOING HERE! Terrible experience, and service. I read the reviews and it seemed like a decent place so I took my vehicle there to get my brake calipers painted. A mechanic that works there named Carlos did the job. After they called to tell me the work was done I showed up and looked at the finished job. Right away I saw severe damage on my rim right around the lug nut, which I assume was caused by the mechanic rushing while putting the lug nuts back in. No one told me about the damage until I pointed it out. Carlos came out and had rehearsed a excuse that I am guessing he has used many times before. He questioned where I lived as if someone must have done this to my rim while trying to steal them. Along with plenty of other absurd excuses. Carlos was trying to convince me that my rim was already damaged before he performed any work. I am 20 years old and Carlos thought he could pull this off without me noticing or fighting it. The damage was on my brand new matte black TSW rims, and the drill completely deformed the metal and chipped away the clear coat, along with the black paint. I am a college student who saved up for a while to afford these rims so I would know any damage on them. After I let Carlos jerk me around for a bit, I showed him the pictures I took that day at Untouchable Sounds before he performed any work. In these pictures are brand new untouched rims. Once I showed him these he came up with another story saying he is going to take responsibility since he should have called me and told me about the damage right away. Carlos is still sticking to the story that the rims came in damaged even after I showed him the pictures I took 15 minutes before he brought my car into the garage. Either way he finally agreed to get them fixed for me. Once again he jerked me around and had me show up multiple times to just tell me he could not fix them that day for whatever shady reason. Carlos finally fixed the rim and when returning them to me he put the rim on without ever showing me the finished product. The fixed rim was a mediocre job which shows bubbles in the paint and looks overall bad. My rims have a clear coat over the matte black finish, and he did not put a clear coat on the rim he 'fixed'. My wheels take nitrogen, and the TSW rims come with a TPMS green valve cap. He did not return this to me after he supposedly fixed my rim. So if you like a major inconvenience and overall shitty service I guess I would recommend this place. I arrived getting my calipers painted for $150, and left with a $600 damaged rim. Most likely will take this problem to small claims court. Short Read: Don't trust the mechanic Carlos. Take pictures of your vehicle in front of the store, they will damage your car and try to get away with it. They will stop answering your calls if they caused a problem with your car. They will cost you more in damage that they have done to your vehicle then the actual work you have payed for. Terrible service, bad mechanics. Overall my worst experience with any auto shop.
