Bottom line, I'm out lots of money, and just spent 12.41 minutes on the phone getting chewed out because his services did not work, and he doesn't really guarantee his work, even though you get a written guarantee after his services are performed. And, I'm not the only one that still has mice in my basement. I referred him to two friends, and they still have pests in their respective homes. I had high respect for the man initially, because he explained what he was going to do, and how it would not be harmful to my beloved dogs. Well, it wasn't harmful to the rodents either! I never witnessed a decrease in activity, and he's quite expensive. He doesn't require contracts, but schedules your next appointment, sending out a postcard four days beforehand. If you're away for the weekend, he'll show up and expect you to pay, even though you did not sign up for the appointment. I did not ask for the appointment, only a reminder it was due. Either way, his services do not eliminate the bug or mouse problem he was hired to take care of. Why spend your money on someone that neglects their promises, ignores their warranty, and doesn't take care of what they're hired for? Save your money and go with someone that does their job like they're supposed to!
