Everything done on these implants has been done incorrectly. The depth was too shallow not leaving enough room for teeth, the locators were put in incorrectly, and at the wrong angles, resulting in the screws breaking off inside the implants. The wrong size tray was used, when making liners, she joked about doing science experiments, and it still wasn't mixed right. So here I am after over a year of struggling to even eat and am having these implants removed and replaced by a specialist. She seems nice and acts like she cares but it was all about the money as she obviously had no experience doing this type of work. The quality of care is horrendous, you make an appointment and then sit for hours waiting for her to show up.

They over charge and guilt you into procedures that are not indicated! I am not sure how they can live with themselves charging people this way and taking advantage of people in pain! Additionally, I have difficulty laying prone for any length of time, the staff and the endodontist seemed puzzled by this, and frankly exhibited a little impatience with my need to keep my back elevated to relieve pressure on my hips, which are severely arthritic. I understand that they need access to my mouth, but I can't be in excruciating pain during the procedure, either. The endodontist went right in with the shot, no gum swab to numb up the area first, and said they don't do that for this procedure. Every other root canal in my life was preceeded by the gum swab, so I was puzzled by this. When he got in there, he was pretty rough, pressure on my front teeth for leverage and a fair amount of pinching the cheek. I will say he was damn quick about it, and shortly after he was done, the regular dentist put my crown on. All in all, I was fairly discombobulated by the whole experience, and I don't think I'll be coming back.

My time is precious, as well as theirs, so why waste everyone's time? Having a mouthful of overcrowded teeth for most of my life, I had already endured a great deal of gum health issues - some of my own making, but many due to the severe overcrowding. Over the course of 9 months, I interviewed with 2 other local orthodontists and although they were both great (each made sure to tell me how great they were) and I was confident that they would have done a wonderful job taking care of my teeth, I was still hesitant. Thankfully, as the old saying goes, third time's the charm. I made my way to Longmont Braces and before I even left the initial consult with Dr. Stephanie Ross, I knew that she would be the one I would entrust with my braces journey. She is confident and extremely intelligent, but without an ounce of pretension in her explanations or presence. I have witnessed her demeanor with patients of all ages, from young children to elderly, and have always been so impressed with her laid back approach. In addition, behind every great doctor is the team, and what an awesome team they are! From the moment my treatment started, I have been amazed by how this group works so closely together and makes each visit comfortable and pleasant even under circumstances that may not predispose you to that sort of experience.
