First time here and came over because of the Yelp reviews. I usually have been to one in Concord that I give them the car and it comes out vacuumed, clean and fragrant. I am not shy about spending money for premium services. I was looking for people who assist in cleaning the auto. Perhaps it requires an appointment but I ended up just getting a very good auto wash - better than the spray only washes in other places. And the token for vacuum helped too. If the car wash offers other premium services, I would recommend they advertise them openly for newcomers to see. I came, got the car washed, used the token to vacuum, and left. I have been using Infinity Car Wash for months. I only use the Self Wash bay. Today was a typical visit to clean the car. During the foam brush phase, the soap coming out was dark blue... that was new. I thought it was a summer, deep clean formula. I brushed and washed the car. During the wash, my hands were stained blue. This has not happened before, and I have used the self-wash bay at least ten times with the foam brush. I finished washing the car and noticed blue spots on my shoes and legs, plus blue hands. I tried to clean it off with water and soap, but very little came off. I went over to the attendant, who was swearing at his co-worker. I explained and showed him my blue hands, and he asked what the problem was. I told him this has never happened before. He was dismissive and frankly a jerk. He said the sign in the bay warns that some staining may happen. I showed him the sign. The sign reads that the conditioner nozzle, not the brush, might stain during use. I told him I used the brush wash, not the conditioner. I was told they were the same formula... seriously?! Luckily, the owner was there, but he was also dismissive, and when I told him I was a loyal customer and that this had never happened, I asked for my money back. He was still defensive and incredulous. The attendant complained that I was aggressive, and I told both of them that I was upset at the terrible customer service and at my damn blue hands and legs. No apologies and no recognition that the brush soap ratio was incorrect. This is strong alkaline soap too. I asked for a refund and the owner acted immature about it - again showing my blue hands and asking him if this has happened before (no response). I decided to leave because they both don't care and have a zero customer service attitude. The blue dye can come off with aggressive scrubbing and baking soda. I can't recommend anyone use this car wash, especially if you self-wash. read more

When using the self service car wash and the foam soap brush, the soap will leave a stain. The soap comes out a Smurf blue color. Expect to get it on your clothes and skin. It may eventually come off after much scrubbing, but there should be a warning sign for customers or they should change out and no longer use that soap. read more

Been closed all last week! They should post on their web site when the close!!! Also yesterday at their elm street location something broke and caused a long delay where people turned around and left! There staff should have told customers in line what was happening!! Poor management read more

Same complaint as some of the other negative reviews: the automatic car wash damaged my car. When I raised the issue with Infinity, the owner, Michael Balboni, represented that he would "get back to me," after I sent him a picture of the damages, but he never returned my follow up messages after the picture. I also showed the car wash attendant the damage at Infinity immediately after it happened, but Mr. Balboni was apparently on vacation then and was not available to talk. I am sure Mr. Balboni will respond with the typical reply of, "I'm sorry that your vehicle was damaged..." and "we always take care of our customers," but anything you hear from him is disingenuous. You are better off going to a touchless car wash operated by a reputable owner. read more

Let's talk about a place that is the epitome of bait-and-switch when it comes to the term "free vacuums". Because it turns out, you have to arrive here on a particular day to actually receive a "free" vacuum pass. Either that, or....you apparently have to have, like....VIP status here. I dunno. Also, quarters. You need quarters to operate the vacuums here. In 2021. I just....I can't. *facepalm* All's I can say is this place is average, at best. The guy at the wash wasn't much for conversation. Not that I am either (introvert by nature). But...it just seemed like he was annoyed he had to work that day. I mean, I get it. It WAS raining that day. But, ya see....I desperately needed a car wash after a...slightly inebriated mishap I had the night before. We will leave it at that. Anyways, it was difficult to understand the guy, as it sounded like he was mumbling the entire time. Which made it difficult to choose a wash package and whatnot. Felt like the guy was communicating to me via sign language when he asked what air freshener I wanted. What I'm saying is the customer service skills here need some fine tuning. But the wash itself got the job done. Mostly. Yeah, unfortunately they somehow missed a few spots on the passenger side of the car (which was the side with the most filth). So, I invariably had to get out of my car and physically wipe down the missed spots. I dunno, it seems a bit odd to me that between the pre-spray down the guy did, plus the automatic rag racks in the wash itself, that it would STILL not get all the gunk off. It's an okay car wash, but not something I would subscribe to. Their prices seem a lot higher than Royal-T in Derry, too. Kinda makes me wish I made the 15 minute drive over there instead. But today was different, no brush touched my truck. The lack of professionalism was beyond obvious but his lack of self awareness about it was what really stunned me. I am very happy with this car wash. I posted photos of my clean car so you can take a look at the detail. Just drive up in the lane you want and wait. When I checked in on Yelp for the first time here, I received $9 off the $24 VIP wash with ALL the fixings. I got a free air freshener with my $15 purchase. Service was friendly and fast. There was a line of 6 cars. It looks like this place is very popular. The line went quick. When I was done, I got a free coin for the vacuum. I think the vacuum was only maybe 3 minutes. There is a bucket near the exit where you can borrow towels to wipe down your car after the blow dry. This will, from now on, be my go-to place. Thanks Infinity!! read more

I went there today. To get my truck washed. I didn't even get a free token for my vacuum. But anyway I got the $25.00 which was the vip plus carwash and my tires don't even shine. I called and asked about I've been going there for years. I know the owner very well mike he was my customer in eastern bank. And he's great I never had an issue with any car I had or my family. But she said no you don't get a shine on tires only a rim clean. Again never heard that before they alway shine. But I guess I won't go there anymore for the price the tires should shine. During the day, their automated unit does a fantastic job whether you do the basic or VIP and the bonus vacuum token with each wash is a welcome treat. Even if you can't get the whole car with one token, it only costs a quarter for another cycle! They've got the twenty four hour self spray for a mere $3, there's no excuse for a dirty car when a self spray costs the same as a large coffee! Since Mike and Allison took over the former Second Street Car Wash, they have made significant changes. I have been going to Second Street Car Wash for years and was satisfied with the service and value. As soon as Mike and Allison took over (subsequently renaming the business "Infinity Car Wash"), I could instantly tell a big difference. Under prior ownership, an employee operated the business, and did an adequate job. Mike and Allison are the business owners, and they OWN their product! That is to say, they care about their service, are anxious to provide a quality product and want repeat customers. As soon as they took over the business, the operation was slowed down - that is, the speed that a car moves through the wash was decreased, resulting in a cleaner vehicle, I THINK they switched to different wash/wax brands (at least their products, whether changed or due to slower wash DO make a noticeable improvement). My "Bright White" Jeep Grand Cherokee always looks great after a visit to Infinity, even when I enter with caked-on salt and other roadway treatments typical of New England roadways . I am glad that Mike and Allison acquired this car wash. They obviously have pride in their business and I hope they are very successful (so I can keep using them!). read more

Went through the car wash and noticed one of the nozzles on the left side(about half way through)was not spraying out like the right side nozzle.It was spitting(not spraying)out towards the side, not hitting the car whatsoever. I told the guy running it the problem, he offered another wash,I declined,saying it's just going to do the same thing. He said he would look at it. I went around again to see if he did indeed check it. The owner saw me and asked what I needed. He said because it was so cold out,it must have froze. I called a reputable car wash and asked about it. He stated if the owner would just walk through the car wash every so often to check for things like that,it wouldn't happen. Had my 2020 Honda Pilot washed there last week. The equipment scraped and dented all along the roof of my car. Employee took my name, number and a bunch of photos and said owner would call me. Still nothing. waiting for a reply to my follow up. If still no reply to my complaint I will be calling the Manchester Police for assistance in obtaining the business insurance! Not happy! Went to this place today,bought a VIP wash. I went through then checked out my car to make sure it was clean. I had dirt still on my Emblem and around my plate , I then drove back around to tell the guys that tend to the Facility and they send me back through after giving me an Attitude saying well I will wash it one more time. Then I check my car again once I came out from the second wash and it had the same dirt and more soap suds on the back. I then proceed Togo back around to ask them if the web address on the card they gave me went to the owner or if the owner was at the elm st location. The older guy that said he was the manger ,rudely handed me my money back saying (here go, go to the other one meaning the elm st location)Also the color of water was like rust water. The colored foam they use looked gross as if it was rusty. I then called the other location and spoke with a guy telling them the experience I had and they told me they would take care of me. I mean, what more could someone expect from an automatic car wash? Get your car washed at this place and you will know the answer to that question. - This place provides reasonable prices - Each wash includes a free vacuum token. - An automatic wash doesn't just end at automatic; there is at least one person that makes sure to wash off any big mess on your car before it goes into the machine. - The brushes seem to be maintained well, which is very important because old and dirty brushes can leave swirls in the paint. - Free towels AND bottled water are provided for customers. - Employees are AVAILABLE and friendly. These are the things that make this car wash a good service center instead of a car wash vending machine. Just to let everyone know though, they close the automatic wash at 7pm everyday.
