From customer service to dispatch to service technician....EVERYONE was above exemplary in their approach to my concerns. Josh, was the service technician that served the moment. He took care to inform of foreseeable concerns, but admitted that even through his diagnostics couldn't narrow what triggered my issue. What could've been a very expensive call was minimally fiscally conservative in its service charge. The system was running again very shortly. And this morning, I rose to the comfort I have grown accustomed. PREFERRED is now my preferred HVAC/plumbing go to and I elected their PPP maintenance option. We called another local plumber who had great lip service but never followed through or came back to do the estimate. When we reached back out, we were given a time frame of a few days. We called Plumb Easy and they were here in seriously less than an hour. They were able to fix the leak within the day, the toilet the following, and made a game plan for the others that they actually followed up with. I'm writing this today because we had a hot water heater start leaking early this morning. We immediately called Plumb Easy based on our previous positive experience and again they were here within the hour. Each time, wonderful service, effective communication about what they were doing, options with quotes, etc. We will absolutely be using them for all future plumbing services. He's also walking me through a third project that requires my taking advantage of Moen's lifetime faucet warranty in which there was some pitting, and without his knowledge and counsel I would have been buying these parts myself. I made an appointment for someone to come out and service my two HVAC units on 14 July 2026. It…read morerained severely that morning and the appointment came and went. I called assuming the rain had delayed my service tech from being on time I requested a different day and was rescheduled for 17 July, both appointments were for 8am to 12pm. On the 17th which was a nice day that appointment came and went as well. I called very disappointed not having any reason that the technician didn't arrive during the designated reserved time frame. I called the following Monday, 20 July to speak with a supervisor, instead of writing a poor company review. They said they would pass on a message for the service supervisor Dan to call, of course that call never came. If an HAVC company doesn't call or text me to explain why there is a delay in coming out and not show up, and no follow-up from a supervisor. I certainly wouldn't rely on them for servicing!

Well, I hadn't heard from him most of the day so I reached out more so asking if he had an eta..by this time it was 3:30...he showed up at 4:30 and it was done within 10..he was very informative...I was really happy!
