Zack gave me inaccurate information, and when I got upset, he told my step sister I was mad at HER, creating dissension and strife during an already difficult and painful time. Full disclosure. I did not ultimately select England Family Mortuary for my families recent COVID related cremation needs. The reason wasn't price. It was service. I called on 12/31, the day after my father in law passed due to COVID. The woman I spoke with sounded nice and professional. The information she provided was in line with other services in the area. The problem was the lack of speed. I was told I would get some docs to sign via email within the hour. Two days later I finally got the docs. By that time my mother in law had already chosen another service who had responded much more timely and for a slightly lower price. I gave the three stars since they were professional up from and I'm sure COVID played into some of the delays. I just couldn't wait since the hospital was pressuring us to move his body ASAP. Given the reviews I've read I wish we'd had the chance to work with England but the initial was just too much of an issue to overlook. read more

They did a lot of work for me my daughter died in Tennessee. she was murdered her body was transported from Tennessee to the England Family Mortuary did all the work for me to get my daughter home here in Temecula. They manage to get her home sooner than I think between having the flight cancelled three times.
