This is the first store in Indiana and they opened in November. Prices seemed comparable to other sporting goods stores with an emphasis on the "fashion" aspect of athletic clothing. Hannah states she is the GM and there is no one above her but to call customer service. That is a lie. I don't work in retail and know there is a regional or district manager above a store manager. I called customer service and they want me to drop it off at a fed ex location. This issue was not rectified in a way that best suits the consumer. I'll never shop JD again.
