So they brought us "Carrie" the most unprofessional woman ever and she was the office manager. We explained that we were told it was gonna be that price and that we even SIGNED a paper for the estimate to be cheaper. The lady was getting very angry and upset and said she could take off 40$ and then get mad at mike and we said no! Don't get him in trouble and also 40$ isn't really gonna help us, no disrespect. Her exact words ." I will wave 133$ and then you can take your business else where!" I said what! We love you guys we don't want to go else where! And she said " well it's now coming out of our pockets and we have a loss now!!" As she yelled! And we said omg why did you say that to us and she kept going " we make enough money here, we don't need your money." She walked away and started yelling infront of the customers saying we just aren't getting anywhere! My boyfriend said but you just helped us by taking the 133$ off , why do we have to take our business else where?? And she was so mad and was snarky laughing and went into the back!! We called the OWNER, and we told her the situation and she said " I'm sticking by my workers side , I'm tired of bending over backwards for customers for 29 years" um what? So you give up on your business ? The reason we even called her was to just let her know, that over 133$ of them loosing she kicked is valid customers out! And the owner totally agreed !!!! This means this place is all about MONEY guys ! Not our little animals! I wonder how many other people she kicks out for other discussions that she can't handle! Guys! A couple would get 2 stars a couple would get 3 and a couple would get 4 but none compares to Dr. Sargent and his staff. I was amazed at the time they took to explain everything in great detail before and after my dogs surgery. They even explained the xrays and provided before and after photos. I can say enough about how well I was treated and given every accommodation. This is a practice that cares about your pet and you and it shows.

I entertained the blood work and was told that there were no viruses. I paid a hefty sum for no additional information. There was no recovery plan. I returned 4 days later for a follow-up, but the staff argued with me when I simply requested a new plan for food and water. From one yelp reviewer to another - location is good, they can take you in an emergency, but I'm not really sure what kind of service I received for my money.

The reason I chose to come here is because this is where my parents always took our cats. They have annual plans that we like, one includes a dental and the other doesn't. They both include all vaccines and blood and urine tests. You also get a discount on the flea and tick medication. You get free nail clippings and 2 examinations during that year. There are also a couple of plans for senior dogs, not sure what those include yet. Thank you to all the staff for being so amazing.
