During one of the latest storms we had high winds that left us in a bad spot. We were about to leave for vacation to visit family when I noticed the huge Maple Tree on our property, out front, had split down the center. I don't know how it didn't crash down on our house, thank God it didn't, or worse one of us! I called Robin and Engrams and she came right out. Engram's once more has done a wonderful job for us. They removed five tall, damaged pine trees from bettles and scaring and finished by lunch time. They also trimmed some trees for us and removed a stick pile that had grown over time. Our neighbor commented how clean things were after the work. Having the crane to help in the removal is such a big benefit - it changes to game totally and makes for low impact, smooth work. I lived about 1 mile away from Engrams. I requested a quote to have 6 large oaks removed that are hanging over the house. Took them about 7 days to get here for a quote and that was 10 days ago. I have called multiple times and spoke to Robin once. She said she was behind and would get me the quote soon. That was 7 days ago. Left a message 2 days ago. Still no response. I know this project will be expensive so I have to get a quote. IT could be $8,000 or it could be $18,000 . I just want a number either verbally or written, I dont care. Should not be that difficult. Im thinking they dont want the job and rather than say that, they just ignore me. read more

They never showed up for any of the appointments that they set. They called and cancelled the first one at the last minute - rescheduled for later the same day. They just didn't bother to show up for the second appointment. They didn't even bother to call to cancel. No-call-no-show! read more

We contacted them for an estimate to take a dead tree down in our back yard. They did the estimate right away and then it took a couple weeks before they scheduled to come out to take it down. The day they had scheduled to take down they came out with crew. They were at my house for 15 minutes then left. They never spoke to me or anything. I then received a text from my contact telling me that sorry they didn't feel comfortable taking it down. They could have at least come to the door to tell me that or at the very least call me. Plus, why would you agree to a job that you didn't feel comfortable doing. Extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend. read more

So FINALLY someone got back to me about doing an estimate, and they ended up doing the estimate early one morning. The lady gave me no indication of cost on the day of the estimate. She said she would email it to me in a couple of days. I never received an email or a phone call back. I'm done with them. They suck. read more

We used Engrams Tree Service based on recommendations from two other customers and I'm glad we did. We had cheaper quotes but we couldn't be happier with the results. Robin and Carrie were very friendly and quick to schedule an onsite quote. Larry and his team showed up promptly (actually a little early!) to start our job and were done in three hours. Professional and friendly staff did a fantastic job removing a large, mature (100 feet) oak tree from our back yard. I expected something to be damaged since they had to use a crane to left pieces over the house to the front yard to process. But we had NO ISSUES. And they left the job site spic and span clean. You wouldn't have known they were there except that the tree was gone. I recommend them whole heartedly for very reasonable prices and excellent service.
