The crew did a good job of cleaning up and cutting what they could from the cherry picker. Believe they had 6 people cleaning, 1 in bucket, and one supervising. The issues I have is not only did they remove a tree, but it's now 11/29/18 and i have heard no mention of how they are going to fix my problem. Just said they will get back and no return calls. This was my home they impacted and devalued and they just went ghost. I will say that people need not worry too much because in 15 years I was the only person who had got his tree cut down on accident. (Such a great thing to hear after you destroy my property). They also informed me that he would get my stump ground for free. (What a deal!!!) The whole thing seemed like a joke to everyone there. I was angry and truly just wanted everyone off my property the moment the tree got cut. I was quoted 800 for both trees to be trimmed which is 400 a hour and i will end up paying more than that for the tree I will need to replace the one they cut down. Outside the guy who cut my tree the crew was good at clean up and the half hack job on the remaining tree was because he couldn't get to it due to bucket reach and honestly I wanted them out of my yard. The tree was about to fall over. I knew it was going to cost a lot to have it removed but I was more concerned about the pool and house being hit by a falling tree. They did come out the day I called them and put together an estimate. At this time they are truly very busy. They did put me at the top of the list and came out the next week and removed the tree. Unbelievable how they used hoists to hold the tree up while they cut it down. They were at the end of their shift so after they laid the remainder of tree on the ground they came back the next day and cleaned it all up. The crew was highly personable and friendly. All GA boys. They really know their stuff, I would highly recommend them. I have several trees that will probably need removing and definitely call them to do the work.

They showed up on the day I was out of town that I explicitly asked them NOT to show up. They proceeded to cut down way more limbs that we agreed upon. They left an entire tree across my back yard along with a mess of trees debris and garbage. They left 3 huge logs in the street along with debris covering the street. The office lady and the lead site guy could never answer why the crew showed up on the wrong day. These are dangerous people with chainsaws ready to cut anything in site. The entire yard is a complete mess. Unprofessional, unreliable and unaccountable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Cesar, the arborist that came to do the inspection and estimate for this work tried to do the pruning in a way that did no harm to any of the trees involved. One neighbor needed to have a 'weight reduction' on two trees as they were tall and swayed quite a bit in high winds. This service took about 15% off upper limbs, which also reduced the strain on the root system. There is a definite reduction of fear that these trees might come down in a bad storm. The other neighbor needed one 'dead' tree removed, and another live tree removed as it was leaning over a neighbor's property. The crew that did all of this work was there on time (actually early), Each worker was aware of the scope of work to be done. They were very efficient as each worker had an assigned task. The climbers used all of the safety equipment I could have imagined being necessary. Cleanup was very thorough, and left the properties in the same or better condition than when the job was started. Please note that Atlanta Arbor is covered with both liability as well as workers comp insurance coverage. I will certainly use them again as the need arises.
