I initially got a…read moretreatment done for which I paid full amount (unimpressed with the results) however I put down a deposit for $1000 for a different treatment I wanted to try out (this amount wasn't a requirement, I wanted to put down most of it upfront). I changed my mind later as I found better options with more reasonable pricing elsewhere so I asked for my deposit back which they adamantly refused. When I brought up that no one had explained to me that any deposit is non refundable, their response was that oh it's stated at the bottom of the receipt I signed. It wasn't a treatment I had started and stopped midway, this was beforehand. So everyone please BE WARNED about this as it seems like they care way more about the money than their clients. Editing since I can't respond directly to below: Yes my apologies not all of $1000 was towards the new treatment, $250 was for the initial treatment different from the rest of the treatments that I never started. I know for a fact that no one told me in person that the deposit is non refundable. How am I supposed to contact the business owner if the call is from a no caller ID? More over I had asked to text since I was very busy the whole week working 6a-6p. It seems doubtful that all of two positive reviews on here are from actual clients (especially given that you guys do these treatments on yourselves as I was told). Please have the decency to clarify the non refundable status next time. It seems so shady overall- hoarding money for a treatment the client does not want to proceed with, you owe me $750 let's make that very clear. I want everyone to be warned to be careful putting down a deposit for such a business that lacks ethical values.
