They were professional, caring, and experienced enough to help me fill in gaps with my father's day-to-day needs like groceries, hygiene, and transportation to medical appointments. We were close to a life or death situation and I needed their assistance immediately. They helped me be my father's best advocate for his care even when he didn't think it was needed. Now he's close to home and is doing very well. I honestly believe I would have lost him had they not helped me in the interim before moving him up to DFW. Thank you!!!

Donna came to Mom's home and evaluated her, her needs and our needs. It was like talking to a relative and Donna really cared about Mom's situation. You see, we had just lost our Father to cancer and he was Mom's caregiver. Mom really wanted to stay in her home, so I instantly thought of Home Instead Senior Care. I had always heard they were a good company and as a Registered Nurse I wanted to get an A+ agency for Mom. After we agreed to sign up for the services Donna brought in Dawn who would be Mom's caregiver and this started an instant friendship between Mom and Dawn. Dawn made Mom feel safe, clean and was able to assure us that she was being taken care of. When you need help for your loved one, please seriously consider the top company: Home Instead Senior Care. Sincerely, Vicki Ballard daughter of Betty House

Unfortunately, my experience with the business office has been extremely frustrating. One thing prospective patients should be aware of is that the clinic seems very quick to collect payment. In my experience, there was little discussion about treatment plans, appointments, or other details until after payment was made. I ultimately overpaid by $120. My last appointment was in January or February 2026, and I have been requesting a refund ever since. I understand that all insurance claims need to be finalized and that there can be processing delays. However, there is no dispute that the refund is owed to me. More than 60 days ago, I was told it would take at least 60 days to receive the refund. When I called again today, I spoke with Maria, who confirmed my address and told me that I simply needed to continue waiting because it was a "corporate" matter. When I asked if the solution was just to keep waiting, her response was, "Yes, just continue to wait." At this point, I find the situation difficult to understand. It is frustrating to repeatedly follow up and receive the same response with no timeline or resolution. While I have no complaints about the quality of care provided by the therapists, I would encourage potential patients to be cautious and pay close attention to billing, payments, and refunds. My experience with the clinic's financial handling has left me with very little confidence that this matter will be resolved promptly.

WHY I LIVE AT BROOKDALE TRINITY TOWERS…read more I'm retired and had lots of time to investigate Corpus Christi's senior living options. I visited most every one of them. Let me tell you why I chose Brookdale. I won't address the financial issues except to say that I believe Brookdale delivers the best financial value. It's the other things unique to Brookdale that I want to tell you about. The heart and soul of Corpus Christi is Corpus Christi Bay. The bay is the very reason why the city exists. The commerce it stimulates, the jobs it creates, the recreation it provides, the art it inspires are what distinguishes Corpus Christi. Only Brookdale Trinity Towers provides panoramic views of this dynamic city and its beautiful bay. All of the other senior care facilities in the city are just flatland apartment houses in the middle of "any city" sprawl. I chose Brookdale because I want to wake up every morning to some of the most beautiful and inspiring views in all of America. My doctors want me to walk every day. Brookdale's location gives me great incentives to get out and get walking. One of the most surprising things about Corpus Christi is its superior library system. And our wonderful Central Library is just two blocks from Brookdale. If you love books and like taking short walks, this is a great place to live. And please know that there are four coffee shops within three blocks. My bank is two blocks away. The bay front is a 5-minute stroll. Some of the city's best restaurants are in the neighborhood (sea food, BBQ, steakhouses, Italian, Asian, health food, comfort food) It's all here. Another thing about the neighborhood - I feel like Brookdale is one of the safest places to live in the city. The Central Police Station is two blocks away. Police officers are coming and going all the time. And I like the fact that Brookdale folks are happy. They like their jobs. Most have been here for 10 years or more. Many of the department managers live in the building with us. I like being around happy people. And the last and perhaps most important reason I live at Brookdale is the knowledge that as I get older and need more medical care, that care is already here. I won't have to move when I need more help. So, if you come to Brookdale, let me know. Maybe we'll take a walk. Get to know each other. Dan Neale Corpus Christi, Texas

I went in for an induction per my doctor's recommendation for non-emergency reasons. I was fine and baby was fine. From the beginning the doctors pushed for a c-section, without any medical reason. My induction was taking a while and eventually I guess they wanted me out of their room. I was bullied and coerced by my nurse into getting a c-section. It was an extremely traumatic experience. The. The nursery could not seem to comprehend that we wanted to room-in with our baby. They transposed the numbers on my baby's weight and basically held her hostage until we agreed to supplement with formula and then gave no apology when they realized their mistake. They also lied to us about giving our baby a bath. The only positive was my postpartum nurse. She was wonderful and kind. The standard of care for the labor and delivery deportment is also several years behind current recommendations.

Dust in the Wind…read more This is a hard one to rate. The intake process was fine and Rebecca White was very helpful. The care my mother received was fine. As much as she complained to me, the staff said she participated in activities and her health was improving. Brookdale Corpus Christi's monthly fee is expensive considering you do need to supply items such as towels, shower curtain, shampoo, soap, toilet paper (not kidding). The final frustrating part is the business office staff ( except for the receptionist ). They truly are strictly corporate widgets. My mother was a resident for a short time. Now we are trying to wrap up a few final details, but cannot get the time of day from them. We also contacted Brookdale HQ and were referred back to Brookdale Corpus Christi. Update: They finally contacted us. Wait...what? How's that again? They have an interesting way of doing math.

Still to this day 13 days later we have yet to speak to the Doctor or receive a visit. My mother in law was not given her pain meds last night so she was in incredible pain every 30 minutes all night. The bathroom floor is disgusting. The nurse is incompetent. She doesn't know any orders or any schedules. She said she was just filling in. My wife, myself and other members of our family have had to be by her side 24/7 because she is a major fall risk. I don't feel like she is safe here. It takes over 45 minutes for the nurse to give her meds. Thank God we have been by her side otherwise she would have fallen many times. I feel sorry for any other patients who don't have family by their side. I am surprised this place has not been sued into oblivion!
