Today, my elderly mother and I were shouted out at by the incompetent and combative office manager Natasha because she gave my mother, who I am concerned has dementia, three different appointment times. Then she called and threw her weight around more. I called Natasha back and she shouted, interrupted, and hung up. Then I called Normal Regional and left a Miss Olyphant a message to file a complaint. She was very kind and apologetic. A complaint has now been filed and another will be filed by mail. I am sure nobody at that office cares but I am not letting this go. This is the way it is in corporate America now. The customer is never right and loyalty does NOT exist. Hippocratic oath pfftt yeah right. Humans are numbers, we do not matter. If this Natasha person remains employed it is going to cost Dr. Highley patients and business. Sad. Pathetic. Unnecessary.

After seeking a second opinion, I ended up switching doctors because the new doctor listened to me and agreed I did not need to be on medication Dr Mirza had me on. To top it off, Alice at the front desk was very unprofessional and rude. I've heard her use foul language with her co-workers and other customers. I reported what I heard to Dr Mirza and even emailed it to Normal Regional Hospital. How she still had a job after that was beyond me. I'm told she is no longer at Dr Mirza's office but still works for Norman Regional. Should I ever stumble upon Alice again, I will immediately seek a new doctor. Finally, Dr Mirza's nurse Sherry is very hard to reach and often does not return calls.
