The girls were nice here but the quality of the lashes is horrible. Most of the time I was having to pay double my membership for extra lash refills because they would start falling out around day 4/5. This is incredibly inconvenient because I get my lashes done to not have to mess them everyday. I do not have time to be somewhere once a week getting my lashes fixed. & by the time I was able to come in it would no longer be eligible to be fixed for free. I often was told not to worry about cost or things would be covered only to find out later I was still being charged every time. There was very poor communication in when and what I was being charged. At one point my membership was being charged for 2x in the same for the current month and the next month instead of autodrafting my account on the same day each month. I have since gone else where for my lashes and pay half the cost of the membership at Deka and my lashes are lasting the length of time they are supposed to. If you are thinking of going here, I recommended just looking elsewhere read more

I went to the Deka lash in Yukon and I began by using their specific eye makeup remover which caused a severe reaction. My eyes were burning they turned blood red, my vision became hazy, and my eyes cheered up. The very young technician was very kind and asked her coworker if her coworker had ever had any kind of experience with this I make up remover, and the coworker said it irritated her eyes as well. I ended up leaving the salon without having my eyelash lift when I got home I immediately flushed my eyes and found some lubrication and I texted my technician that I needed the back of the product because I needed to make an emergency eye doctor visit and wanted to see how the manager or owner wanted me to handle this and she indicated they were on the phone discussing and someone would call me back it's been 3 1/2 hours and I have not had a phone call from the manager or the owner even to follow up and check on me out of human decency. The Young technician took photos of my eyes and how bad they were in the fact that I could barely open them and they were concerned that I would be able to drive and see, and they were very caring, but the lack of human decency in my opinion, and the fact that the owner or manager hasn't even reached out to call me is horrific it's absolutely the worst possible customer service experience, and they were experienced not to even send me a text message or call after hearing from the Young technician and probably viewing images of my eyes I would not wreck, recommend in my opinion this place of business, based on the sheer lack of human decency and caring represented in this particular incident by the manager and the owner of the store. Why would you not call a person who obviously has had a severe reaction or problems with your product I understand that it's not your fault but be a decent human being, I would not go here in my opinion. They are promoting an advertising and I am expressing my first amendment right and sharing this with as many people as I possibly can and everybody that I come in contact with I will share my personal experience.. read more

The atmosphere was clean and upbeat. My lash girl was the sweetest. HOWEVER... (Bankrupting) I have gotten my eyelashes done on and off for 4 years. Take crazy great care of my lashes (shower in goggles, special pillow) because if I'm paying $200-with tip, I'm going to go above to care for them. These lashes started coming off before I got home, and by the 3 day, I looked like a strung out Cardi B. Best Lash Studio in the OKC metro area!! Super clean and cute interior. All the employees are extremely friendly and I was helped immediately when I walked through the doors and seen on time. My lashes look amazing and are high quality. They stay on so well and the prices are the best part! So reasonable! I got the true express and was in and out within an hour and my refills only take 30min!! I highly recommend this place!! Never going anywhere else for my lashes. I Found Deka lash on Groupon. The young lady (Emily) who applied my lashes was super sweet. The experience felt safe (Covid precautions observed). The salon space was beautiful and clean. The manager Angie contacted me to ask how my lashes were holding up. I told her after a day that I did not think they were holding up well and after communicating for over 24hrs we both decided that I probably needed to have something done to remedy/fix my lashes. She offered an appointment on Monday afternoon which would not work for me due to meetings at work. I told her I had availability on Tuesday. Angie then advised me would put me outside of the 5 day threshold for fixing the lashes for free. I decided to then just schedule to have the lashes removed with Deka lash and Angie offered that service for free. While waiting for the removal appointment the lashes began to fall out at such a rate that I would not need the removal appointment so I decided to cancel and I did not hear from Deka lash again. read more

Sadly, even though I paused my contract for only a few months, the price for my fill - even though I was still under contract, jumped to the non-contract price. An unfortunate kick in the pants after months of being a faithful customer. Instead of returning to Deka Lash in Edmond this summer, I'll find another lash service. read more

This was my first time getting lashes. The ladies we're really sweet and helped me decide what I wanted and answer all my questions. The shop was really clean and new. I really like the idea that lashes is all they do all day. I got the volume set and it took every bit of 90 mins. Which is fine b/c that's how long they said it would take but it is a long time to lay still, be prepared mentally. I got my lashes for vacation so I wanted something a little more glamorous, they look Great!! The tech did a great job and I am very happy w the look. read more

I had the same experience as the other review. Great place, lovely lash artist, but mine started falling out next day. I assume it was a manager actually texted me to check on my satisfaction (which is great) but when I sent a photo and told her the issue, I was offered 50% off my next visit (which I politely declined). I got my lashes done specifically for a trip so I guess I'll be taking them off less than a week after I got them done. Bummer. read more
