Just make sure you're well versed with the exfoliation and moisturization routines pre-appointment, as well as for upkeep/maintenance. I have to go to a non-convenient location that's farther from my home in order to spray tan due to this constant issue. I have been to the Del Mar location and the Hillcrest location and the La Jolla location and I've never had a problem. These locations are not convenient for me, however I really have no choice because the downtown location never has their equipment up and running! Have also run into the problem at the same location where they don't have paper towel, towels, or run out of baby wipes whoever manages inventory for this location in maintenance is not doing a very good job I would steer clear of this location!
