While delivering party rentals to my next door neighbor, their delivery driver hit my basketball court, knocking it to the ground, shattering the backboard, destroying the rim and hydraulics and exploding the base. The drivers stopped, exited the vehicle, picked the basketball court up, left the broken pieces on the ground and drove away. We have video and photos of the entire incident which have been shared with the company and its owner. They have not taken a single step in the right direction and nothing has been done to rectify several hundred dollars in property damage. A complaint has been filed with our local police department, which they have not responded to. Charges are pending in civil court. This is not how reputable companies do business. Not only is it morally reprehensible, it is illegal.

I've worked with Mike and his team twice now and both experiences have been filled with quick, efficient, and personable service. For an upcoming event, Mike came out to the site, measured all the rooms and is in the process of entering the info into a program that creates a basic blueprint of the venue. He's figuring out where all the tables are to be situated, he's helped me visualize where the vendors should go, and even offered to deliver and pick up the tables, chairs, linens, and other rental stuff during non-business hours. Being a one-woman operation, it's really wonderful to have someone like Mike on my side. He's taken a lot of stress off my shoulders and I gave him a muffin for that.

The service from Ashley Stegall from the very first day to the wedding day was outstanding! I went to this place in 2015 and it was amazing along with the coordinator.. however just went…read morethere and it has gone down hill.. they had guest waiting in the lobby for an hour. They gave us cold appetizers probably from the wedding before. There waterfalls were dirty and not running. The coordinator was dressed rather inappropriately and didn't even tell wedding party where to go or have the bride and groom face everyone for the rose ceremony.. pasta was gross. They were forgetting to bring people food.. they kept cutting off the deejay when people were getting into dancing.. the steak was so gross whatever sauce was on it .. it was nasty..couldn't even eat it.. the cake wasn't even served it was sent home with people. If you can't handle two weddings at the same time just stick to one. Not to mention not in the best area... Also they had people waiting where you could see the bride taking pictures!!!!!! sad bc it used to be good now the only difference from them and other people is they have the most food for cocktail hour but I rather have better outcome than more food.
