She is amazing. She nailed it with what I was wanting out of this session which was to release tension in my neck and shoulders, but also wanting a relaxing massage. I find deep tissue too intense and not relaxing. So, her pressure was perfect and she focused on the areas I was concerned about. I didn't want it to end. My massage with Lindsey was great! The place is small and cute with a nice ambience. The masseuses are very good in asking about the pressure level and problem areas etc. before your service starts. There are a lot of good reviews here, hopefully my experience was an anomaly. I still want to share my experience in case others with needs similar to mine are thinking of visiting this place. I live in the area and wanted to try a spa nearby. I decided to treat myself on my birthday. Appointment booking and checkin was seamless. Waiting area was basic but sufficient. The main experience was the massage and it was likely one of the worst massages I have had. I told the therapist that I like gentle pressure in the beginning and increase as the massage progresses. She acknowledged it but went with strong pressure. Throughout the massage I requested to lower the pressure and it wasn't honored. In the hindsight, I should have just paused the massage and leave. After the service, she didn't bother to ask about the experience, the lady at the reception didn't bother either. I left with my body hurting which is not what I had expected. It wasn't a relaxing experience at all. I go to Kiva and Dragontree for services and I have found therapists there more thoughtful and equipped to handle different needs. This spa didn't feel like a spa rather perhaps massage shops you see in the mall, with therapist knowing only one technique. read more

My review is for my massage therapist Sharlene! She is apparently a new hire for the spa and is AMAZING!! With over 20 years of experience, you are in skilled hands with her. I love a good deep tissue massage and she delivered! Was really attentive to my needs, worked my (many) problem areas and still balanced the whole service out to be a full body massage that felt complete. I'm very fortunate to have ended up in her table as my boyfriend had the polar opposite experience. We both booked 90min DEEP TISSUE massage as we just finishing moving from out of state and are a bit beat up. My partners massage was apparently lackluster and devoid of pressure, said he asked repeatedly for more pressure and did not receive any and said he could tell the therapist was seated and phoning it in while performing the service. Well we will be back but ONLY for Sharlene, I will be nice and share my unicorn find with him so he can feel as blissed out as me next time. read more

I can honestly say she is one of the most skilled massage therapist I have ever had the pleasure of having work on my aches and pain's. Sharlene has extensive knowledge and experience working with the human anatomy and muscles groups. Using that knowledge along with my complaints, she was able to help me tremendously in reducing my neck and back pain. I would also like to add that her professionalism is top-notch. The staff is very gracious and wonderful. This review is especially for Charlene. I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for few years now. However my foot and lower leg pain got worse as I had some lessons in dancing. Charlene just did wonders to my foot. I do not feel such intense pain for a couple of weeks after I get my "sole purpose" massage done by her. This is helping my feet so much and I really appreciate Charlene for the effort she takes in understanding the issue and then fixing the underlying problem. This is a routine for me now. She really listens to her clients and is incredibly skilled/experienced. I really appreciated her extremely calming presence. A suggestion for this spa would be for the clients to try the sombra gel (an organic version of icy hot) first on a small patch of skin before having it applied to the entire back if getting the pain annihilator massage. I had a deep burning sensation on my back that took a significant amount of time during my 60 min massage time to recover from. read more

Customer care is above and beyond! Yesterday, I initially wrote a kind worded negative review of the establishment. After the review, I was given a very kind reply back. Then there was further communication through email that showed not only fantastic customer service, but impeccable customer care! These days, most establishments fall short with just customer service, but to show that they really did care (and not just because of a bad yelp review) shows how much they really value their clientele!
