I am traveling with my new kitten and she got diarrhea and I had to take her to the ER. She is fine now but I wanted to get her a bath before driving back to Iowa city. The kind woman on the phone said they do not take kittens but would be happy to help if Alicia the groomer consented. She did, so I brought my kitten mango in. Not only were they so gentle and kind, they made sure to get to know mango and my's backstories. I even heard the groomer make it a point to meet the parents of other dogs she has just groomed to ensure she was 100% happy. I was nervous mango wouldn't like it, but she was so calm and sweet with them. I expected to pay about $20.... but nope! FREE OF CHARGE because all they wanted was for mango to get home okay. Goodness. Truly great people. This place needs more reviews and I would recommend 100% P.S mango says thanks!!

I've been using CCC for the last year for doggie daycare. My two dogs absolutely love going there…read more I can't say the word 'daycare' without causing a major raucous at my house. The staff there are friendly and professional. The facility doesn't have fancy frills or live-streams but it's affordable price reflects that and my dogs could care less. There have been a few times I asked for updates and the staff have sent me photos and videos of my dogs to ease my concerns. Overall, it's a great business that gives me peace of mind that my dogs are getting exercise and positive engagement.

First, I am not going to tell you how awesome my dog is or that he would be comfortable staying…read morewith strangers as long as they cuddle him. What I will say is he weighs 200 lbs and is not the lazy breed promised but an athletic cuddling machine. He loves his walks. Why do I like to take him here? The kennels are sized to different dog needs so my dog is not shoved in a cage. My sisters 25 lb dog also has a kennel sized for him and there are plenty in between. The price includes exercising the animals. I do not have to pay extra to have my dog walked. The walks also mean he does not need to potty in his living space. The owners are trainers. This means my dog will not come home with new bad habits. They alter their care to my dogs moods or needs each time. This is in the country with country smells, room to run and play and all the things that make my dog happy They do book at least a month out so this is not a great last minute option. That is hard when life sometimes means I need last minute help. Pick up and drop off are only during certain hours so the dogs can relax without constant interruptions so I plan accordingly. Sometimes if I get home at night this means my dog stays an extra day. They give me compliments on how much they love my dog. They call him a favorite. I feel good. Granted, they do this to almost everyone so he is not truly any more favorite than any other dog. But they are all favorites. So dont let the pride go to your head. It is gard to go anywhere else after this level of care.
