    Buffalo Chicken Pizza
    Dallas A.

The pizza here was pretty average--I got the buffalo chicken pizza and it was pretty blue cheese heavy, so I didn't taste a whole lot of the toppings. On the other hand, the cinnamon rolls here are outstanding. Soft and rich, lots of cream cheese frosting, for a pretty good price! I'll be trying Enliten again, maybe I just got unlucky with the pizza.

Awesome coffee, great free cookie (do not forget to check-in when you arrive) and delicious pastries. This bakery and coffee shop is nicely attached to a restaurant next door. From outside you won't notice, but when you are inside you can order things from the restaurant and have them at the coffee shop. I liked the artsy vibe, very cool art in the walls and nice atmosphere, plus very spacious. People super friendly there, it gave me a good image of Provo and definitively I am very happy we found this coffee place (I was so sleepy, the snow days were tiring me too much:). The best: supporting the local poets. How? Just insert 25 cents in one of those old school gum machines and you get a ball with a printed poem on it. I got one for me and another for my boyfriend. I keep those as mementos of my stay there. I know my contribution was not great to make a poet rich, but for sure they deserve a free cup of coffee from this "enlitened' place!

Stooop. Holy freak. This place is literally the bomb. Not only did they have AMAZING service but just an overall AESTHETIC atmosphere!! Perfect for a corner table-taylors version red album-hot chocolate-fall autumn vibes- poetry slam- enjoyment. Good bread.

Great little cafe attached/next door to Guru's. I was grateful to find a parking spot right out front and a short line. I just popped in to try a cinnamon roll today, and it was great. It was soft, had a great amount of cinnamon and a great frosting on it.

I was warmly greeted. The staff is helpful and kind. I ordered peanut butter cookies and the double chocolate chip cookies. For around a dollar each . The prices were great! I ordered one orange cinnamon roll to go. For 2 bucks the cinnamon roll was my least favorite. In my opinion it lacked salt in the bread dough. I couldn't finish it. The peanut butter cookie was the best choice it was moist and delicious . The Double Chocolate Chip Cookie was good but I felt it was over cooked a bit.

Today I joined a great group of women at The Enlightened Cafe for Relaunch: Women are Returning to Work, a United Way course. The 10 of us ordered a variety of sandwiches, salads, and desserts. Overall, the reactions of the group were variations on good: The buffalo chicken salad was "super good"; the Cobb salad was "pretty good"; the grilled cheese sandwich was "really good." So that's good. One exception was the grilled chicken, which was a bit dry. For my part, I had the Reuben and a cold brew coffee. Served on a rye bread roll (baked in house) the corned beef was juicy and flavorful with kraut and dressing that didn't overpower or cause a soggy roll situation. In all, a solid sandwich. (Bonus points for a big ole pickle spear!) The cold brew coffee was bracing with few to no bitter notes. Try the creamsicle Cannoli. Mmm. The staff was courteous and efficient. Solid recommend.

Really good. Chill atmosphere. We got the Mulligatawny. Really interesting take on it - Curry and coconut milk and apples! Chips and salsa are great! Turkey pesto sandwich was good as well.

Cute little cafe & the drinks were served promptly. My almond latte, however, tasted like dirt and was not very good. I'm not sure if this was because of the roast or because their coffee machines needs to be cleaned out.

Cute little cafe attached to Gurus next door. Their giant cinnamon and orange rolls are the perfect treat to share! A great place to get some work done or catch up with friends. Don't forget to tip your staff! They work HARD!

Co-Located with Guru's Cafe in Provo, it shares some of the same aesthetics. I "checked in" on YELP at Guru's when we had dinner there and was "rewarded" with a coupon for a "free cookie" from Enliten Bakery. Normally, I don't accept gifts or discounts from places I review unless it is a printed coupon anyone can use and this offer seemed close enough to that standard to give it a try. Also, living hundreds of miles away there was not likely another opportunity to use it later. Generally, my view is if I wouldn't buy something, getting it for free with a coupon is "no great deal." It was a busy day for the hard working crew at Enlighten and Guru's and it was also within an hour of their closing. After enjoying a very good dinner I went to the bakery counter to find out what my coupon could redeem? They had a single peanut butter cookie left which had a corner broken off, some sugar cookies, and some gluten-free cookies, one each of chocolate chip, the other was Snickerdoodle. Of all of these the broken peanut butter cookie was the most appealing to me and sugar cookies the least. I also thought to myself I'll take "the damaged one" so they can sell the others. The nice lady grabbed it with tongs and just add she tried to put it in a bag with them the cookie fell to the floor. She was mortified. She asked if I wanted a suggest cookie instead and I explained that would not go over well with my wife who would be sharing it with me. She then offered the two remaining gluten-free cookies, which I accepted. The grace she handled this with is more noteworthy than the cookies. They were good, even two days later when we enjoyed them with decaf enhanced with a little Irish Cream back at home. The bakery also had Sweet Potato Cheesecake which really intrigued me but I didn't have room for after our meal from Guru's and our would not have kept well during our drive back to Cheyenne the next day. While we were still a at the bakery, I "checked in" on YELP and... got another coupon for a "free cookie". The next time were there I'm not going to use it. Instead, I'm going to leave room for desert and try a slice of that Sweet Potato (or some other) cheesecake. Bon Appétit

Incidental Coffee Roasters isn't just a coffee shop; it's a masterclass in the craft. I can say without hesitation that this is the best espresso I have ever had in Utah County. What sets Incidental apart is the absolute precision in their flavor. Because they roast their own single-origin beans in-house, the coffee is incredibly fresh and "dialed in" to perfection. My espresso is always exceptionally balanced--smooth, with a complex natural sweetness and none of the bitterness you find at larger chains. It is clearly a labor of love for true coffee purists. Why you should visit: The atmosphere is minimalist, intentional, and calming--perfect for a focused morning or a sophisticated coffee date. But the real heartbeat of the shop is the owner, Dylan. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly lives and breathes coffee science, yet he's one of the friendliest people you'll meet. Whether you're a fellow coffee nerd wanting to talk extraction or a casual drinker looking for a recommendation, he makes everyone feel welcome without a hint of pretension. If you appreciate the "art" of the bean, do yourself a favor and stop by. Provo's coffee scene is better because of incidental! I come in here multiple times per week and am never disappointed. I also buy their fresh roasted coffee for making espresso at home and it is amazing! I like all the roasts i've tried but the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Iwariti roast or the Ethiopia Guji roast are my favorite!

What should have been a simple…read morecoffee run before I headed to the 4th district court for business this visit to Juice 'n Java turned into a scene of verbal assault and physical intimidation. It began with the older female barista who rang me up. She was incredibly rude, cocky, dismissive, and had an "attitude" toward every word I said. When they realized they were out of whipped cream for my decaf latte (decaff which I need for a heart condition), she and the staff laughed sarcastically. When I asked for other options, she snapped that they "wouldn't give things for free," which I never asked for. After they mentioned that water wasn't free to go and asked that I pay $1 for a water I insisted I would like the water to stay well they didn't like that I wanted to sit down and drink my coffee, also that water almost never came til mins before I had to go , I had to ask three times before a bald older grouchy looking man named Christopher slammed the cup on the counter, the lady who took the order never got the water and so when I reminded them that I had waited forever for the water he went shouting that he was "too busy with the drive thru and that I had to wait ." The situation turned dangerous after I used the restroom which I had to ask for a code to enter and he shouted the numbers at me like I was a lil Toddler learning numbers . I overheard Christopher calling me a "bitch." When I was entering the restroom. As I came out I tried to ask the female barista for the owner's name to report the name Calling and attitude , she ignored me twice. Christopher then abandoned the drive-thru, holding a mop, and began screaming at me. Shouting, "Yes, I said you are a bitch because you are a bitch, coming here giving us attitude about whipp cream treating us like crap !" He proceeded to: * Physically intimidate me by lunging toward me and repeatedly slamming the mop against the floor as he mopped . * Use xenophobic slurs, called me a bitch at least 10 times, mocking my accent and screaming that he didn't know "what hole I came from" but that I "needed to go back to it." Both of these employees Threaten me by shouting for me to "get the eff out" and claiming they would call the police for trespassing because I dared to ask for the owner's name and because they didn't like that I was not taking their attitude or prejudice against me. Just so you know Mr nit so kind Chris working at the coffee shop. I own 2 business and I am a citizen raised in Utah since 1998 and came here legally! You making assumptions about what hole I came from is pretty low and ignorant . The drive-thru was left unattended while he screamed at me. Multiple customers were so horrified some were confused some walked out. In fact, a couple followed me to my car to make sure I was okay and suggested I file formal charges. Christopher has apparently managed this shop for 8 years, yet he lacks basic anger management and human decency. If you are a person with an accent or a customer or professional who expects basic respect, stay away. This staff is a massive liability to the brand. They need to leave customer service to people who actually want to work who has the energy and the passion for customers and who want to represent a brand not some hippie who doesn't care to trash the brand and drive revenue to the floor . Check their google reviews and you will see how much they disrespect customers. They think because their friends have posted some fake reviews that those reviews can distract from the other reviews where customers or victims or as they call us " trolls" have posted the truth. I don't care how much people thinks that senior barista Chris and senior lady barista think they are a badass. For all I know they both act as if they hate their job wearing that bitterness in their faces. It is clear that that are butthurt that there aren't as many customers "wonder why" but also butthurt that they probably don't get many tips. Please go get a real Job leave this to the youthful happy hipsters. I know several baristas that have worked here at both locations in the past and many have left this job unhappy. Owners wake up before you guys have to close your doors maybe start finding that guy and that lady a replacement before you are left with just Chris family and friends as customers. We are in a economy where we can't risk losing customers. Chris won't pay your bills when you have to shut down that place or better yet he won't be able to afford or help you guys pay a lawsuit if you keep allowing him to not control his anger and entitlement in this building. Good luck. I give it a couple of years before this building goes out of business.
