I was pleasantly surprised; very little wait time, all employees I dealt with were professional, courteous, and friendly. Dr. Scharf was thorough with his questions, and actually listened to what I said. Although his instruction's were clear, he asked if I understood, and answered a few questions I asked. Dr. Hashemi is truly exceptional. His kindness and approachability put me at ease throughout the entire process. I was self-conscious about lesions on both eyelids, which affected my confidence and interactions with others. However, Dr. Hashemi's expertise and remarkable skill completely transformed my experience. His craftsmanship is outstanding - I mean it, STEADY HANDS! I went to Enloe ENT after being referred to a Stanford Hosp ENT specialist who's pretentious office staff including the Drs whom I saw made me feel that since I was on medi/cal that I was a charity case. At Enloe ENT the staff was curtious and very professional and I felt totally at ease. Dr Sean Hashemi is very professional as well as thorough and his "bedside manner" is the best . From initial visit to surgery was about 6 weeks and He did a Fantastic reconstrution of my Sinuses and not only can I now breathe normally again my nose looks normal again. BEWARE---NO PRICE TRANSPARENCY!!! I received a hearing test, which Enloe ENT required before they would take me as a new patient. I just received my bill and they charged me $1,176 for a 30 minute hearing test and $508 to see a NP to check my ears for 10 minutes and recommend putting olive oil in my ear for tinnitus. How is this legal?????? This is extremely unethical. I called around Chico and the highest price I was quoted was $65. It's free at Costco!!! I spoke with Enloe Billing and apparently, in the 30 minutes I had my hearing test, they performed 3. One being $694 and the other two $241 each. She said I should have called them before to get an estimate. How would I have known what tests they were going to do to get an accurate quote????? I would just assume that the my one office visit wouldn't cost more than my mortgage payment. I called the Enloe ENT office and they don't even know how much the hearing tests are in their own facility. I've never heard such nonsense. Do yourself a favor and go to a smaller practice with ethics and transparency. Enloe is getting out of hand. read more

My nephew had an apt at 8:00am this morning to get his tongue tie snipped. Per the form given to us regarding his appointment, they requested we arrive 30 minutes early. Upon showing up, just shy of 8:00am as we were running a little late, the receptionist was beyond rude and unprofessional and at first refused to acknowledge our presence. She stated (multiple times) that she's not paid to work until 8:00 when we then tapped lightly on the glass to ask if we had the right location, as it was our first time. This was beyond unprofessional, mean and simply not okay. She then proceeded to sit behind the glass and talk about how she doesn't get paid for people to show up early or to help them until 8:00am to other staff, leaving us to hear the entire conversation. If your instructions state on the form to arrive 30 minutes early, you should (at the very least) state politely that you will open at 8:00 if that is not the case. I am appalled at the comments, the verbiage and the attitude upheld by this receptionist. It is shocking someone who is supposed to be the face of the company can act in such a manner without hesitation. She had a major attitude problem, even after an apology for showing up too early on our end. I am at a loss for words at the service provided today, and I hope someone addresses the receptionist and staffs attitude towards patient's and towards their job in general. It reflects poorly on the company as a whole. I do not recommend this center. In addition to the "warm" welcome by the staff, my nephew also left with burns on his lip, making this entire process of not nursing well even more problematic. read more

I went to Enloe ENT for several years. Recent changes to their staffing has caused me so much grief! I got a call from them about a month ago asking how I planned to pay for my bill. I informed the gal that I pay my bill in cash every time I go in. Then, I get a call threatening to turn me into collections. I called again this time pretty angry, only to find that the amount they referred to was a 'pre billing' on an appointment that was set up for a couple months in the future?! After much stress, it was discovered that they OWED ME money. She apologized and said they would put the money back into my debit card account, and I told her to send me all of my information as I would no longer be going to that place. Now, today I got the notification that I had been turned over to a collection agency due to this $97 bill for an appointment that I had never even gone to... Unbelievable. I have had the best experiance with Dr Darron Ransbarger, he has been so professional throughout the entire time I have seen him. This is the second sinus surgery I have had to have, he did not do my 1st one and i wish he had because then maybe I wouldnt have had to have it a second time. From beginning to end my experiance this time has been so different and so much better with Dr Ransbarger. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs to go to an ENT. read more

Stay away from this place unless you want to pay for the entire bill. I have decent insurance through my employer. I went to Enloe ENT which was from a referral from my primary care doctor. Since it is no longer a private doctor's office and belongs to Enoe Hospital, my treatment was not covered as a doctor's visit but as a outpatient hospital visit and was applied to my deductible. Because I had not used any of my deductible, I ended up paying for the entire visit. read more
