Hence we do shop regularly even though gas is overpriced compared to other Shell gas stations. This is a strictly customer service complaint against the older gentlemen who is fairly new in comparison to the other employees. One minute after I parked at the pump, that mind you, all pumps were out of gas except for premium and there was literally one other car there, my daughter goes and shops at the gas station for snacks. The taco truck is parked and there is nobody in line so I decide to get tacos. Not even 30 seconds later this gentleman chases me down and tells me I have to move my car?! Really? I have just paid, there was nobody at the pumps and you will confront a long time customer about being parked at a pump that doesn't even dispense regular gas? Not even knowing if they intend to pump gas at this point? Are you kidding me? When the truck is there on regular basis with people blocking all parking and pumps and there is no signs directing parking for the truck? Please get educated on customer service since you just sold me items not even two hours ago and my daughter is still in the gas station shopping? And I am there every day and so is my husband as we are regulars? I would understand if we weren't customers of the gas station at this point in time and were there just for tacos. Or we are blocking the way of a line of cars wanting to pump premium gas. Learn customer service or change jobs. From now on I will avoid doing any kind of miscellaneous shopping at this place.

Like most Love's it has a little dog park area which is convenient, though I remember there being a LOT of dog poo to dodge in there so I guess be careful as it doesn't seem to be policed super often. Beyond that nothing super remarkable about the place stands out to me, but it's still better than 90% of other gas stations in the area so that alone makes it notable. Good place to stop, would recommend if you're continuing on North or South.

They now have to have the Savannah police at the door and a manager to control the amount of people entering the store. While waiting over 30 minutes, several men tried to get in front of us rudely by pushing and shoving. After finally getting in, the food counter had no control over the process or their staff. The lines were insanely long and wait times over 30 minutes for food that was just sitting on the counter. There was no structure whatsoever. The place also was not clean in the drink and bakery area. It will be a long time before I return. I understand the theft issue, but the staffing and structure issue didn't help. I have never witnessed this in the past, after coming in multiple times during these hours.

Charging gives you time to take everything in. If I needed a shower, I could get one here for $17. That's pretty cool. If I needed some electronics, I could get that here too. They offer many things you may not have thought of that could be useful on a road trip. And, it you're living the nomadic lifestyle, you could take a break and do some gambling on their machines here. Or, you could have a meal. They have a lot of meal options. I'm definitely going to add these on my places to stop during road trips!

I was getting gas and asked for the code to use the restroom and the associate quickly gave it to me. The restroom was nice and clean. Interestingly, I could not figure it out. While I was at the store today, I encountered "Tia" who has been a someone over the years I would encounter when I visited the store not only for gas but other items. Today, a different than any other visit. When my cards were declining, "Tia's" true definition of goodness and greatness shine so bright. Her words of comfort, and how she responded, not only made the situation more pleasant but made the situation better. I later learn that my fuel cards was a resolvable matter but most importantly how "Tia" treats people is so over the top even at bad times. She has always, been that genuine person that you want to encounter when you first walk into a store. The warmth welcoming and genuineness from a person that cares.
