CHARLES is so rude and unprofessional. First he came in the room without a badge or any other…read moreidentifiers that would indicate his role. He was dry and impersonal. He said he'd only been a nurse for a month but that's not excuse. He might need to find a new profession. He wouldn't answer questions and every answer was I don't know. When I asked him to repeat what the doctor said to my mom while i was in the bathroom, she was medicated and couldn't remember, he said he doesn't know he was just in the room. He then bright her medication but stated that he was unfamiliar with the medication, it's pronunciation and what it's for. Honestly, it was giving typical racist Hispanic. When we received the bill we were charged for a. CT scan that we did not receive. When questioned about it Charles as well as the registration lady kept placing blame on each other and no one took accountability no removed the charges. I then asked both Charles and the doctor for digital copies of the imaging we PAID for and Charles told us in front of the entire staff that we couldn't have them and that we would have to go contact medical records to receive this. Not to mention my phone charger mysteriously coming up missing after we left the hospital and I called to ask for it because I left it plugged up in the room. Everybody else was a pleasure and extremely professional. EXCEPT for the registration girl and CHARLES. I will be filling a formal complaint in case anyone else has a similar experience.

After dealing with our doctors in the area I needed a doctor that was down to earth, and knows…read moretheir stuff. Dr. Tran is definitely an incredible doctor! He listens, and knows his stuff. I have never had to wait to get in to see him when I was sick. I even was super sick with a very high fever on a weekend and we called and he was able to see me and give me meds to help us avoid a hospital bill. I would highly recommend Dr. Tran to anyone!!!
