We arrive at the facility and was greeted by a young lady with admissions Mrs. Rivers. She walked us threw step by step about everything we would expect. All of our questions and our worries were put to ease. So professional and well spoken. But my complaint is that we were told someone would be meeting us at the hospital to kind of walk us through the process, but no one ever did. The reason for the 4 star is only because of that sweet young lady Mrs. Rivers, if not for her we wouldn't have known what to expect. So, whoever is in charge make sure the person is meeting with the people before they come to your facility.
