My sister and I booked a massage after we searched and found a place that will pick you up from the cruise ship. This one had that service and great prices. We not only booked our 90 minute massage but then added a facial. We were pleasantly surprised with the warm bed and nice linens. The service was very good and we left relaxed and two days later, my face still feels great! We then sent her two daughters and their two friends. They were considering a spa treatment on the ship. This would have cost them a fortune. They also added the facials and then set up transportation to their next activity. We felt very reassured that they were in good hands. Refugee from High Cruise Ship Massage Prices. Ensenada Massage is a very professionally run therapeutic massage business. Both managers and the owner are first rate. Based upon others reviews I gave them a try and was very pleased. Transportation was as promised and the map they send you makes it easy to locate the correct location to meet. That being said Mexico is not USA and curb heights and roads may not be even. So if using a cane please take it slow and steady anywhere in Ensenada. Facility is two stories so if stairs are an issue ask for the downstairs room WHEN BOOKING or take it slow and easy going up and down as you are able. We had a 4-handed 90-minute couples massage which was great and much less expensive than in US. Unfortunately we had a little hiccup as a staff member had been unable to come to work due to family emergency and we only had 3 therapists so the 3rd spent 1/2 their time on each of us. Still a WONDERFUL treat you should try. Jesse refunded the 4th therapist cost (as we had prepaid). He even covered a lost cane which was really our fault as we left in van. But in their effort to provided outstanding customer service they had sent to ship lost and found via another guest. Only issue was there where two Carnival Ships in port that day, so we never got it. The Managers and Jesse really GO ABOVE and beyond to make your experience the best possible. Made plans around this appointment for the day when i got there i was told the receptionist did not put me in the schedule and i was not on the list. I went in today with my partner for a massage and a facial for our anniversary and unfortunately I left in pain and quiet frankly, angry. The massage was OK, it was a little hot in the room and my facial was HORRIBLE. I was in so much pain, I couldn't wait for the facial to be over. During the facial I knew something was wrong because I've had facials before and they were NEVER painful. During the suction part of my facial I told Kimberly (the woman who did my facial) that I was in pain and she said she would turn it down but the damage was already done. Once the facial was over I immediately went to the restroom and noticed horrible bruises all over my face. I understand that redness is possible but this wasn't redness, it was horrible bruising and so painful. As a facial technician I would've thought that she noticed the irritation on my skin and stopped but no she continued and that's what made me angry. After my appointment I went straight to a pharmacy to find a soothing cream and once arriving home I put ice to help with the pain. Hoping it goes away and there isn't any permanent damage to my skin. I do not recommend the facials at all. read more

We called to see if they had availability for two couples, on short notice. Initially they only had a time that was too late for us, but just a few minutes later they called back to say we could come in. The location was easy to find, and Jesse greeted us at the door, and we were led right in to get started. We were all asked about areas we wanted to focus on, and the therapists were all very responsive to the individual needs, and to changes in pressure during the massage. We were all very happy with our massages, (I wish i could remember the names of the three ladies!) But my girlfriend was suffering from a migraine, medication wasn't helping, and came out of that massage like a whole new person!
