Our appointment was at noon but we didn't get picked up until 12:10 and our massage didn't start until 12:30. We still got the whole 2 hours tho. The room was very clean and peaceful. They used aromatherapy oils and top of the line spa products. They were able to accommodate me on the same day for a 90-minute massage (although admittedly this was unplanned; in the future I will make a reservation). Spoke to Ena, who was super nice, and she made arrangements to pick me up from the cruise terminal. The owner, Jesse, picked me up and was super cool and even pointed out some great spots going through Ensenda. The massage room was clean and peaceful. The massage table was even heated. I had Salmari as my massage therapist, and she was very attentive and made my experience very relaxing and comfortable. I like a medium pressure in my Swedish massage which she applied evenly and consistently, just as I requested. The experience was made even more relaxing with the use of aromatherapy and Zen-inspired music. The best part was the addition of the hot stones during the massage. I highly recommend adding this service. This experience would have cost me three times as much on the cruise ship and I do not believe it would have been as satisfying. Great value for money! I arranged a massage for a group of 5 women while we were on a cruise. Jesse picked us up personally from the cruise port and drove us to Ensenada Massage. It's on the 2nd floor of a cute brown building next to a Lebanese restaurant. Make sure everyone can climb stairs! There was one massage room for us and it was big enough to accommodate 5 people. There is a little waiting are on the second floor and separate bathrooms for men and women. The massages were very relaxing. My cousin, who Jesse massaged himself, was very happy and said her feet stopped hurting after his massage. Not all the massage therapists spoke English, but Jesse was able to help out by providing translations during massages. All around great service, I wish Jesse and his team could have come on board to massage us in the boat so we could all just sleep afterwards. Once booked we received an email confirmation and follow up emails from Jesse welcoming us, and making sure we had all of the information needed to get to his location correctly and safely. We have been to Ensenada several times and I'm so sad I didn't know about this place! Now that I know, we will go every time! We had a great experience. The owner (Who is super nice!) picked us up at the port and personally drove us to the salon which was very clean and serene. On the way he way he gave us some info on the area and points of interest like a professional tour guide. The massage was really good, the massage therapists were so sweet and professional. Over the past few years I've lived part time in Ensenada, and met Jesse when I was experiencing a major psoas challenge. His work alleviated 4 consecutive days of excruciating pain in less than 24 hours. It allowed me to get back to cycling in time for a major race/ride. I've booked Jesse last year after the Rosarito to Ensenada 52 mile bike ride, and my recovery time was greatly improved. Jesse the owner is super cool and a great communicator. The price is affordable and the place is super clean! For a small price he even does pick up and drop off which is great when you're in Ensenada for a cruise and don't have a car to drive. He does work with other local businesses to also do customized packages if you wanted which was nice. The massage itself was great. There was 4 of us and he was able to accommodate us. We all enjoyed the wonderful ladies that worked on us. The only regret was not booking it for a longer massage than 60 Minutes because it was so relaxing. I wish I could give them even more stars. I was in Ensenada for one day while on a cruise. We were travelling as a group of 5 women. We reached out to them via email and they were very prompt in their reply. We set up 5 one-hour, bull-body massages and 5 30-minute facials to take place during our time on shore. He required one small deposit to hold the reservation for all of us. Jesse picked us up at the port with flowers in hand! He arranged an Uber which we didn't have to pay extra for to pick us up and take us back to anywhere we wanted in Ensenada. They had us all in one room together, which just added to the fun. They had balloons on each of our tables. Our services were AMAZING! I have had many massages and facials before and I like to get both in one go. I have never had better service. I loved how the therapist started the mask for the facial as soon as I rolled onto my back from the massage. So she was still massaging while the mask was setting. After we were done, he accepted payment in cards or cash (american dollars or pesos). When he was taking us back into the tourist area, he gave us pointers about which restaurants were good and which were just tourist traps. Oh, the best part, one hour massage and a half hour facial = $80 + tip! We loved it so much, we couldn't stop talking about it and the staff on the ship didn't know about them.
