Filling the patient paperwork was quick and I waited less then 10 min. Dr. Morrison was polite and heard what I had to say. She answered the questions I had. It was a great first experience. Not bad for a sick visit.

All this Dr and his assistant want is money. They did not care that I couldn't hear. They didn't care about my pain. I ended up going to another ent Dr that was not with Herman memorial and they fixed my issue. The new Dr put powder in my ears and the infection began to clear up. I tell you fox and his associates only care about money

My wife took my 2 and half year old daughter in for some reason the said my insurance was inactive so my wife asked for the out of pocket cost and was told a number she could not cover.... None the less they would not even look in my daughter's ear to make sure she was ok..... this is a baby.... That is in discomfort..... I am a customer service director for Chick-fil-a and I give service 100000000% better for a $5.00 sandwich then they give when people's health/ hearing is on the line and you have spent thousands of dollars with them..... worst service I have ever seen or heard of. I highly recommend going to somebody else who actually cares about your child and their wellbeing. Also good luck getting ahold of anyone.... Called 12 times nobody has ever called me back...

She offered as an explanation,…read morenot as an excuse, that the office had a personnel situation which had created the issue that allowed me to fall through the cracks. She was very apologetic and immediately transferred my records to my new ENT. I was very impressed that she took the time to call me--she handled the situation very professionally. I greatly appreciate how she responded.

He was very friendly explained the procedure efficiently. He is a wonderful surgeon. Kind and compassionate and prompt. He even offered to pray with me. He called my husband after and then the nurse called. He's busy. We are all busy. I don't need you sit down and spend a lot of time with me. Tell me what we need to do, tell me what happens if this doesn't work and send me on my way. I am in here post surgery so if this works, I will be changing my review to five stars. I will say the phone app sucks though.

She never examined me. 7/20/26 Appointment time was 1:20. Entered exam room at 1:20. 2:20 I step out of the room asking if Dr Wani was there, was there an emergency, when could I expect to see the doctor. No one responds and there are 3 people sitting at desks. 2:20 Dr Wani arrives. When I questioned him about the lateness he shrugged his shoulders said he was running late and at the ER. I asked why I was not informed when I asked his staff. He just shrugged his shoulders. During the exam of which he put a tube in my left ear. He makes the comment I might need a sinuplasty. I have already had one he performed. Then there were questions about had I had tubes before , how many times? All this information is in my chart. He came in to see me with no information, no computer, just himself! My confidence into receiving quality caring health care from a patient centered clinic is gone from Texas ENT. Asking about doing a sinuplasty which was done 1 1/2 years ago by Dr Wani really???
