I've been trying to get my medicine refilled since before Christmas and here it is the end of January and still nothing. Went to the new office and still no prescription called in. Looks like I've got to find a new doctor. Terrible treatment to loyal patients. By the way, I called the emergency line 7 weeks after a c-section when I was bleeding through pads and puppy pads on the bed and the doctor on call told me if I was that worried about it then I should just go to the ER, without so much as a concern to call my primary doctor. Within 48 hours I was on life support with Leukemia, so yeah thank you for wonderful service.

Had a 10:20am appointment I didn't get into a room till 11:30 and then waited another 20mins for the dr to come in. I really didn't get an understanding or answers to the reason why I got a referral from my original dr since my estrogen was low. Overheard other ppl complaining about the wait times and the reception said sorry we over booked the drs. The appointments and wait time is a joke here don't bother unless you wanna wait almost 2 hours from start to finish.

About two months ago I went onto their website and sent an email requesting an appointment. I work during their business hours and it's personal matters so it's a bit hard to talk over the phone regarding these issues...Two weeks pass and I realize no one had ever called me back. I really needed the appt. so I finally called and the woman on the phone explained to me that it was a new system. Ok, fine. Shit happens. I get in, see my lady, she's awesome as usual, I get what I need and get out. This time they give me a secure login so I can email my doctor and see my medical records and everything. Sweet. A couple days later I have some concerns about the medications that I was prescribed so I emailed my doc. They say please allow 3 days for a response........I emailed Friday.....It's now Thursday. Nothing. Ok, seriously. W.T.FFFFFFF. I don't like this. At all. Hence the reason I give them two stars. To add to that, I was talking to my recently pregnant girlfriend and she was complaining that her obgyn wasn't calling her back with some test results. I asked her where she goes and WHAT. DO. YOU. I gave them all of my insurance information at the time of making the appointment (I have 2 insurances btw) , and they charged $25 just to make the appointment. They mentioned They also charge a $100 deposit and a $120 copay at the office, and for 24 hr cancellation it's another $25 charge. I barely had a 12 hr notice when they called to inform me that they were not in network with my PCP due to not being in network with my insurance plan. That's something that they should have found out when making the appointment-given i was waiting for it for weeks. They also mentioned if I wanted to pay out of pocket it would be $600 for the visit. Why would pay that, I have 2 different insurance plans? I called to cancel the appointment and of course they were trying to charge another $25. I just dont recommend this care to anyone. Find someone else. They will charge you for anything here and on top of that, this whole experience was a red flag. i don't believe they even care about their patients based on my experience.

Next I get a text 1.5 weeks before my appt that $215 will be due at my appt, huh. I've never had a copay that high with my insurance. I called and LVM for billing. Days later I get a call back only to find out the way they operate with higher deductibles is to bill the patient at each visit and then also collect somewhere around $2000 additionally depending on how you choose to deliver. But hey that's ok they offer a payment plan you just have to pay it by your 24th week. *sigh* I also asked about tricare being accepted when I booked because I knew I may switch insurances at some point, they told me they accepted it and were in network. Apparently not true, because I talked to the financial dept and they said they are out of network for tricare but take it. (Literally one of the worst ideas you can do with tricare ever). I get that I have a higher deductible and maybe this is normal practice (I've never experienced this being normal with my plan and have worked in healthcare for years and didn't see this, but hey maybe this is new) but it seems like other people have run into this practice running them for their money instead of caring for them. I just would recommend you do a lot of research on your insurance and ask a lot of questions before paying $25 you end up losing out on and now have to scramble to get a new appt in the next few weeks with someone else than falling for them. (Also, they were within my insurance network which is part of why I called).
