My daughter is a patient of Dr. Mehta and she is a really wonderful doctor. She's always super patient and understanding, which is especially important when dealing with a baby! My daughter has severe eczema which means she's at a much higher risk for food allergies. When she first started having eczema symptoms at only a few months old we took her in to test for a milk allergy. It's not easy to give a tiny baby a few pricks and I was probably more nervous than my daughter. Dr. Mehta was extremely sweet and calm and made what would've normally been a stressful experience feel pleasant. Fast forward a few months. My daughter now tries lots of different foods and recently broke out in full body hives after having sesame. We went back to Dr. Mehta who allowed us to pick out 10 different foods to test for (they won't really test for more than that on a small child). She gave us guidance and helped us figure out the 10 best foods. It's incredibly tough to keep an almost 1 year old still and calm, but the experience was once again made less stressful because of how sweet Dr. Mehta and all of her nurses are. It can be nerve-wracking to skin test a baby for allergies, but if you have a child with severe eczema it's really something that you can't skip out on. Having a patient, sweet and knowledgeable doctor is key and we found all of that in Dr. Mehta. Hoping we don't need to return much, but glad to have found her if we do. read more

Physicians great. Back-office where phone calls and appointments are made from some main call center - not good. This is at least the second time they messed up appointments I made "over the phone" this time for my 88 year old mother. Please have each office answer the phone, make and confirm appointments. It is unacceptable to always be pushing administrative duties like this into patients (via promoted AI or robots) especially when this call system scheduling does NOT work. 1/10 - fix it please. read more

The people at the billing department are the worst people. The customer service is very bad. They are trying to send the disputed bills to collection rather than sending a reminder or explanation. They suppose to send one or two reminder before sending it to collection. They suppose to charge one copay per Doctor's visit but they are charging more than one copay per visit without informing us. read more

Many doctors/specialists try to get you in and out of the office as quickly as possible, putting the onus on the patient to ask the right questions and guide the visit. Dr. Sayeed, on the other hand, asked probing questions, patiently listened to my (often vague and rambling) responses, and made sure to explore all possible angles. Great experience. Had an emergency & was able to get a prompt appointment with Dr Sayeed. Dr was professional, direct, efficient & extremely helpful. I arrived & ear pain & left with full relief! Front desk staff was kind & helpful also. For new patients they have you fill out a medical questionaire via phone or in office tablet which takes about 10 minutes so try to arrive a bit early. Dr. Wirtshafter is top-notch! My issue is with their billing department. Only twice in my lifetime have I gotten a collection service sending me notices. Both from ENT and Allergy Associates. The first time I called to correct the address (in case that was the issue), paid, had to call the collection agency with the reference number. I thought that was settled. Then I get ANOTHER collection notice. I call the office again and confirmed the address. They said they sent three notices, which I did not receive. Then I am by billing that I should call them about a month after my appointment to see if there is a balance. WHAT? I love my doctor but am seriously considering changing practices at this point. read more

The doctors there are good, no doubt.  But I went to their Parsippany office specifically for a procedure they said they would do. The staff is great and the option to update forms on a tablet or your own phone went smoothly and helped expedite the check in process. Went to ENT and Allegy Associates in Parisppany for my first ENT appt since I was a kid. Ended up sitting in the waiting room and exam room until 3:25 for a 2:20appt, for a total of 1:25min waiting. Dr.Leibovitz walks in, says something that I couldn't really make out, but I nicely said, "I don't normally do this kind of stuff, but I'm dissapointed that Ive been waiting for 1:25min." He gets annoyed, and says, "I've been trying to stop a nose bleed for the 45min on a 90 year old woman, if you don't like this you can leave.I don't need this." And proceeds to open the door. I then got annoyed and taken back by that response and I ended up walking out, after he told me he wouldn't talk to me if I was "yelling". I am appalled that this is how patients are treated. All he needed to say was "I'm sorry." Or they could have sent someone into the room while I waited for 40min, to tell me there was an emergency. But instead, he just suggests I leave if I didn't like it. I'll never recommend this Group or him to anyone. read more

I had seen Dr. Sayeed for my tonsils. I have been suffering from chronic throat infections for the longest. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment and I didn't have a long wait. Surgery was good, recovery was rough, which is understandable, and Dr. Sayeed or someone from the office called to check up on me while I was recovering. Came here for the first time and though I didn't wait as long as some have waited I did wait about a half hour before being seen. The major criticism I have is that as a first time patient I wish I was better directed to the right doctor. I ended up seeing 2 doctors the same day because they first doctor noted that my symptoms are likely related to allergies and had me wait to see the allergist. Had I been better directed to the right doctor when I booked my appointment online, it would've save me a lot of time and money. Though I do like that I was able to quickly fill out paper work on an iPad which made the process easy and quick.
