So, I figured I would wait and see if I didn't break out since I've been good for a long time. Nope! I called to make an appointment and was, hung up on again. Apparently the ladies behind the desk really hate answering the phones, and being professional... it is something they lack. But finally I scheduled an appointment for the next day and was assisted by my doctor. My 3 stars are for the wonderful doctors who do great work and are educated, they know how to help and have accurate information. My lack of 2 stars (which I really should make 3) goes to the employees who have terrible structure and operations. I notice some of the other staff weren't as friendly or welcoming towards me which is disappointing as a new client. When I finally met with the dermatologist and her assistant, they definitely rushed through the consultation and didn't spend enough adequate time to truly listen to my concerns. I suspect they were in a rush since she they were dealing with another patient in another room. I wish they could have really listened to my concerns and made me feel more seen as a patient. I did get some skincare samples which was alright. Overall, it's not worth going to Vital Aesthetics especially if you have any dermatological concerns. I will DEFINITELY look for a new dermatology office and won't be coming back to this place since my experience with them was lackluster, frustrating and unimpressive. Inquisitive and comforting as well as efficient, was in and out in less than an hour even as a walk-in, plus a follow-up a week and a half later. Though no big gauze pads, so had to do with a make-shift one. And on top of that, prescription send directly to the right pharmacy.
