I am now suffering an onslaught of inescapable Goldbelly marketing emails (30 emails from December 13-25, so far). They have no Unsubscribe button, not does their web site. The Goldbelly chat bot says to unsubscribe, click that button at the bottom of their emails. There IS NO SUCH BUTTON, and the damn emails just keep on coming, all day long. I like J&K's chocolates and we bought several boxes for family and friends this Christmas, but Goldbelly is going them a disservice. I am now reluctant to buy from them again. It isn't worth this harrassment that comes as a result.

I've visited at least four times now, and every experience has been consistently enjoyable. On my first visit, I tried around six different cookies because I couldn't decide. This time, I picked up three. I tried the Banana Chocolate Chip for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious! I also grabbed a Dot Cookie for my son, who had zero complaints, and a classic Chocolate Chip cookie. The shop is always clean, the display case is packed with delightful options and creative flavors, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. My favorite flavors so far are the S'mores, Banana Chocolate Chip, and Reese's. If you're ever in the area, do yourself a favor and give at least one cookie a try. They're generously sized, worth the cost, and paired with excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I immediately fell in love with these decadent, moist, and melt-in-your-mouth little spheres of joy on a stick. The business seems to run primarily on wholesale and custom orders for private and corporate events, but individual retail orders are welcome. I don't think there's a storefront but you can purchase direct from their processing facility in Glen Mills or order online for pickup. They also ship nationally. The classic collection is always available, with changing seasonal and themed pops to keep things interesting. I've ordered for delivery to NY a couple of times, and while the shipping ain't cheap (it's fresh food and packaged accordingly, after all), I haven't found a better source of high quality made-to-order cake pops in northern NJ and Rockland County. (If anyone has any leads, please tell me!) I called to ask about the shipping/receipt timeline as the website isn't entirely clear (Maryellen herself answered!), and was told they ship orders Mon/Tue/Wed via FedEx and I'd likely get my order the following week. It took less than 2 weeks for the order to arrive the first time. However, on this occasion, when almost 2 weeks passed without any shipping notification in my inbox and fearing they'd forgotten my order (and realizing in panic that if it doesn't go out by the next day, Wednesday, my order would be too late for teacher appreciation week), I called to check on the status of the order and explained the situation. To their credit, they took care of the issue right away and overnighted the package to me. So I appreciate the responsive customer service, and add points for having a real live human on the other end who picks up immediately, when I'm so used to repeatedly and futilely shouting "AGENT!" into the phone in this era of automated answering service hell. So, do allow at least two weeks to receive your order, even for a single box of ten. Bulk orders might take longer. I'm told the pops will keep for 3 months in the fridge, or 6 months in the freezer, but probably you'll want to eat them as fresh as possible.

But more importantly, the customer service was very rude and unfriendly. Even though I was just a traveler visiting Philadelphia, I did not feel comfortable at all. The staff's attitude made me feel very confused and uncomfortable, even though I wasn't doing anything wrong. Most airport employees are usually kind, welcoming, and helpful, so I was really surprised by the attitude of the staff at the Auntie Anne's location inside the airport.

There was a time when I would visit the New Orleans location post arriving at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport each time I visited the city, but that was years ago. At this location which sits inside of Philadelphia International Airport - Terminal B, I ended up ordering cinnamon pretzel nuggets after flying in from O'Hare International Airport - Chicago. The employee who assisted me took care of me in a timely manner at the register. After purchasing the cinnamon pretzel nuggets, I headed for the first seat I saw within the baggage claim area, so that I could ease that cinnamon pretzel craving I had after departing the airplane. Once you eat one of those soft cinnamon pretzel nuggets, you just cannot resist eating another; it is like a firecracker in the mouth! A firecracker of soft cinnamon sweetness. Needless to say that I had a good experience with this Auntie Anne's location as I have indicated in this review.
