My insurance company told me I could take the vehicle to Final Touch Autobody. I went into the shop…read moreand spoke with the owner/manager regarding an insurance claim. I clearly told him that I only wanted the mechanical repaired to make the car safe to drive and no bodywork. He said that would be okay. I called a couple days later spoke to the same man and booked the appointment and once again clearly stated mechanical only. I also had the insurance company book a rental for me which they did. On appointment day I took my vehicle in for 8am. While the car rental company sat outside waiting for me, the guy at the front desk of Final Touch refused to take the car even though I explained everything to him. I had to go out and tell the driver of the rental car that I had to cancel. And I then had to drive my car home without anybody even taking a look at it. This was a very poor experience and I will not recommend Final Touch to anybody.

The owner and most of the time only employee has shown his lack of professionalism several times…read more The most recent was when I brought a vehicle to his shop one day with hood damage and he suggested I get a junk yard hood which he would install and paint. I located a hood and called him that I found one 30 miles away. He said to stop and leave it on my way home. I called him at 3:30 and his voicemail said he was closed for the week even though I spoke with him at the shop. I called back and he reluctantly answered to say he decided to close in 5 minutes and to leave the hood outside IF he wasn't there. I arrived at the shop all open with nobody there. Doors wide open and no sign of tj fool who is mostly stoned and couldn't care less about his property, much less customers parts lying around brand new outside on the ground. Better warned that this loser stay off your prospective repair shops
