I have used Kelsey twice. They require you to sign for…read morepaying a higher price than what INSURANCE WILL pay or they will not do business with you. The first time I signed it was an accident I had nothing todo with but for the bad decisions of two other drivers the left side of my car was severely damaged. Kelsey seemed to have done a great job but the left side door leaks whenever there is a severe driving rain. water comes in everywhere. this door had to be replaced because of the damage. Their work was timely and was grateful for the use of their rental but because I signed their waiver insurance did not cover the cost of an accident I was not involved with. My car was parked off road in a parking area in the front of my house. I had to come up with almost a thousand dollars out of pocket. The leak in the drivers side door was not apparent until the recent wind driven rain storms. I returned to Kelsey for a second repair of the back of my car1. They had to remove and replace my back up camera. The night I picked my car up the radio and navigational equipment did not work properly ie was not working. I could not set anything from my main screen. When I brought this to their attention they initially refused to do anything about it, saying the system was old. I had never experienced a problem before this repair. The outback Subaru has an excellent system for radio navigational systems like blue tooth. I was told to take it to another shop for evaluation which I did. i also spoke with my insurance company about this problem. My Mechanic was also unable to fix the problem but got the radio working for me. in the meantime Kelsey change their tune and said they had found a radio and would replace it. They would be using more of my insurance money for this. I did not want my insurance company to get hit for a problem they created when doing repair to my Subaru . I am an elderly retired RN on a fixed income. The long and the short I feel dissatisfied with my experience with Kelsey. I feel they have caused my car to be devalued by a leaking door that was replaced and ruining my radio navigation equipment. i can't help to think this is because I am an elderly person without the benefit of a spouse to stand with me over a consumer problem. I would be reluctant to use Kelsey in the future.
