The parking is very conveinent too,, you don't need to park a SHIELD Helicarrier just to find an open spot. The service is super friendly and the tellers are allways so helpful. They answer a bunch of questions patiently and thoroughly.. it feels like having Captain America explain a mission to you - just totally calm and clear. And they have excellent auto loans with great rates. * the rates are better than anything the Wakandan treasury could offer * the ATM outside is super fast and easy to use. Quiksilver would approve of their speed. But yeah getting a car loan or dealing with banks usually feels like fighting Thanos (which is the worst), but they make it a breeze. I did call Mon afternoon but the fraudulent transaction hadn't posted. I was advised to call back mid week to get an update, meanwhile my debit card was cancelled. When I spoke to the supervisor by the name of Ashley for faster resolution, she helped none. Why isn't this banking institution unable to stop a pending fraudulous charge to save $ and aggravation to client and banking institution? Drive-thru atm available!!!…read more I love the convenience of having a drive thru atm at Bank of America! Who wants to park, get out of their car, and walk into the bank? No one lol That's too much work! Lol Also, there's a safety issue with going up to an atm and withdrawing money. So the drive thru helps to make it safer to withdraw money out. Especially for women. I feel a lot safer doing a drive up atm versus getting out to walk over to the atm. When you walk over, you have to keep a lookout for your surroundings and make sure no one is gonna mug you. It's a constant worry. So the drive thru is just safer and easier. It's a win win.

We went in the morning, waited over 30 mins before I had to leave because the wait time was not going to get any shorter.) We had Danielle help us and she was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. My parents opened individual accounts and a joint account and it only took an hour! Highly recommend making an appointment with her! I found out that you can get a debit card that's Disney themed! I've had my debit card for years... and did not know! Got it upgraded to Grogu and it's super cute!

Absolute worst Wells Fargo branch in the area Showed up…read moreright when they opened -- it's raining, I was second in line, and it still took over 10 minutes before anyone helped me. Only one teller working, and she needed approval for everything. Tried to deposit a simple $1,000 escrow trust account check (money is guaranteed) that every other branch accepts without issue, but this Cerritos location refused to deposit it. The check had a tiny wording difference -- the main company name was correct -- yet they turned it into a whole ordeal. To make it worse, the manager has this stuck-up, snobby attitude and always gives me a hard time whenever I come in. Unbelievably slow, nitpicky, and unhelpful. Total waste of time and space. Avoid this branch if you actually want to get anything done.
