The staff at Enterprise at Gunther reminded me of what outstanding Customer Service was & how rare it has become. Ricardo-Manager & Wynter-Assistant Manager are both extremely professional, knowledgable and most importantly, nice. Ricardo walked inside and I prepaired to be ignored, (Managers walk up and talk about lunch and breaktime while customers stand around). Ricardo walked in & greeted the customers asking each of us if we have been helped, then assured us that we are in good hands. As he walked out he said he was going back to help get our cars ready quickly. Ricardo & Wynter should be fast-tracked to become Trainors or Regional Managers. Or a company who demands A1 costomer service, like Weston Volvo, should recruite them. Catherine-Intern is impressive & Clayton-Car Prep both work non-stop.

First, after leaving my car for service, I returned to find it parked in an open, unsecured area with the key fob left inside and the car unlocked. Anyone could have accessed the vehicle and even stolen it, which raised serious concerns about basic vehicle security and handling. Second, there was a broken curb in their lot with a screw/bolt sticking out. I parked in the only available space and ended up driving over it, which nearly damaged my bumper. This created a preventable safety hazard for customer vehicles. On the positive side, there was a mechanic who did step in and help during my visit, which I appreciated. The main front desk woman was also very kind and professional. Overall, while there were some good people there, the safety and handling issues with my vehicle and the lot were concerning enough that I hope they improve their processes going forward.

I'm usually very patient and understanding but it does not make sense for me to have to come in 6 times in one month if you sold me the car in "perfect condition". Even when I addressed the poor customer service they told me how I am ungrateful for all that has been done for me and how i'm acting crazy like the other customers. When we asked why we were placed on the wrong bus the van stopped in the middle of traffic in the RC Terminal and asked us to assist them in unpacking our luggage from the back of the van. The van was also overcrowded, with multiple children sitting on laps of parents because Route 1 wanted to maximize profit and jeopardize children's lives in the process. We were literally unloading our own bags and other passengers in the middle of traffic. We were then placed on sprinter van 026 going to Miami Dade airport. The driver was texting and making calls while speeding down the highway. He decided 7-10 minutes into our drive, after making several phone calls and being totally distracted on his phone, that he was going to turn around and go back to the terminal to pick up more people. He made a very fast turn at an area which displayed a sign saying "warning, very dangerous turn." As some passengers were now late for their flights, the driver proceeded through the underground service tunnel going 60mph. This service and transportation is unsafe and completely unacceptable.

They changed the oil, plugs, filters, etc. and $85 later, my generator was running like a charm and served me well for that storm. BUT... as I am getting older, pulling that cord was problematic. I sold my old generator and bought a new one -- one that started with a KEY! BUT-- I had no clue on how to set it up and get it going. REX RENTAL came through once again. Bill added gas, oil, charged the battery and gave me "Generator 101" lessons on how to use this one. REX is ALSO a rental place - tables, chair, tents, pressure washers ---AND they REPAIR lawn mowers and small engine stuff. Everyone was pleasant - they are affordable - and best of all... they are LOCAL and independently owned. I love patronizing mom and pop businesses.

This dealership, including Royalton Motors, &Blue Lagoon Auto Sales. Are in the business of scamming people for their hard earned money, and instead of admitting fault and giving me my refund. CaRite, and its sister dealerships would rather be prideful and petty. Buyer beware.
