She delivered the most important thing when your vehicle is having unexpected mechanical issues, consistent communication that did not require any action on my part. Every day, sometimes twice in a day, I received a call just to provide an update on the diagnostic being performed to identify the issue. The fact it took a while to diagnose was totally overshadowed by the amazing service. I'm a licensed insurance agent/adjuster for 33+ years and almost never purchase extended warranties or "insurance" protection on technology. Because I was purchasing a German car, I made the exception and it paid off. For that reason, I also recommended going over your extended warranty options with the sales rep at time of purchase. It is not for every situation, I would still take the time to review. My decision to take it made my service experience even better. They explained my benefits clearly before we got started, provided a loaner while they diagnosed the issue to confirm warranty coverage, and got me in and out of the loaner with ease. The entire experience, start to finish could not have gone better, all things considered. The dealership is always sparkling clean, staff members helpful and polite, with a nice variety of vehicles to check out during my visit. Additional compliments to their business and service center set-up and operating procedures. Streamlined to keep things moving and the staff and customers happy. Thanks again Jessica!!!

BUYER(S) BEWARE!!!…read more If I could give this dealership negative stars, I absolutely would. This has been one of the worst consumer experiences I have ever had, and I strongly urge anyone considering buying a vehicle from here to stay far away. I purchased a car from this "buy here, pay here" dealership expecting at the very least something safe and dependable enough to get me to and from work. Instead, what I received was a complete lemon that began falling apart almost immediately. Within three weeks of owning the car back in October, the catalytic converter failed -- a major and expensive component that should not be going bad on a vehicle that was just sold to someone. Then, just three months later, the engine itself started failing. At that point it became clear that this vehicle should never have been sold in the condition it was in. The repair costs have already climbed to the point where they exceed the value of the car itself. Instead of having reliable transportation, I've been left with a financial burden, constant breakdowns, and stress that could have been completely avoided if this dealership had any level of honesty or integrity. What makes this situation even worse is the way customers are treated once the dealership already has your money. The representatives there -- specifically Tony and Josh -- are incredibly disrespectful, dismissive, and unprofessional. Whenever you try to reach out for help or explain that the vehicle they sold you is breaking down, you are met with condescending attitudes, rude responses, and zero willingness to help. Rather than taking responsibility or even showing basic customer service, they talk down to you and act like you're the problem for expecting a vehicle to actually function. It quickly becomes obvious that this dealership has no interest in helping customers once the paperwork is signed. Their entire business model appears to revolve around getting people locked into payments and then leaving them to deal with the consequences of whatever unreliable vehicle they were sold. They don't care if the car breaks down. They don't care if the repairs cost thousands. As long as the payments keep coming in, they've already gotten what they wanted. After talking with others and reading through reviews, it's clear that this is not an isolated incident. There are countless people who describe being sold unreliable vehicles and then being treated poorly when those vehicles inevitably start having problems. When the same story keeps appearing over and over again from different customers, it stops looking like bad luck and starts looking like a pattern of predatory business practices. Buy here, pay here dealerships often serve people who may not have many other options when it comes to getting a vehicle. Taking advantage of people in that position by selling them cars that are already on the verge of failing is not just unethical -- it's disgraceful. This dealership should seriously be investigated and held accountable for the way they conduct business. No one should have to go through what many customers here have experienced. Do yourself a favor and do not buy a car from this place. You will very likely end up with a failing vehicle, expensive repair bills, and zero support from the people who sold it to you. There are plenty of other dealerships out there that treat customers with honesty and respect. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.

We were greeted by Mr. Dex who was very welcoming and explained a lot of the process right off the bat. He was open and honest, and he gave me his time but one of the things that struck me with him was he said, even if you don't buy a vehicle from me I still want you to be able to have some knowledge of car buying process and that's rare in the auto industry everybody just wants to get over on you. I ended up getting a custom order which he explained. He took his time to reach out to me and explain the different options. I went in and sat down with Mikey to do my custom order of my vehicle. Everything was explained, I found the vehicle that I loved and purchased, I just want to say I am happy. They both assisted me, They were very professional & knowledgeable. This is a family business. There is still upstanding car dealerships and this is no doubt 1 of them "a diamond" among let's just say sour lemons. You won't know until you try so pay them a visit if you're looking for yourself or someone you care about they will care for you.

I was first sent a window sticker for the wrong color vehicle, then a second window sticker for an entirely different vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership, we were initially shown a black Genesis SUV instead of the G80 we came to see. We then test drove a white G80 because the black G80 we wanted was at another location and was never made available for us to see or drive. I want to compliment our salesperson, Joao. He was courteous, professional, and did his best throughout the process. After I made my offer on the black G80, Joao explained that the dealership would accept my offer if I purchased the white G80 instead. I politely declined because we had specifically come to purchase the black vehicle. The experience changed when another representative named Tony joined the negotiation. Without introducing himself or explaining his role, he told me my offer was "insulting." When I said that if the black G80 didn't sell they could give me a call, he replied that he would "never" sell me that vehicle at my price. I completely understand that a dealership has every right to reject an offer. What I don't expect is to be treated disrespectfully for making one. Professionalism should never depend on whether a customer accepts the dealership's price. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of what I expected from a luxury dealership.

I bought a van from these individuals in 2022 and five months later they discreetly placed a lien on It by forging a power of attorney and submitting a fraudulent lien application to the state of Pennsylvania. When I discovered it in 2025 I emailed the dealership about what I have discovered and Amin Baker attempted to extort me by requesting $4000 to release the lien. What they didn't realize was I'm a retired federal criminal investigator and I caught Kimberly Rogers and obtained her forged documents. I initiated an investigation with the notary office in Tallahassee and as of March of this year, her notary license has been revoked indefinitely. Below are documents to prove what I'm saying. The power of attorney that has handwriting on it is the forged document that Kimberly Rogers created and notarized. I did sign one of these documents, but this is not the one that I signed. The other document with auto shows name on it is an actual document I signed and Kimberly, Rogers notarized the day I went to the dealership in May 2022. I obtained this document from PennDOT which was submitted to Pennsylvania when they transferred the title to my bank. If you look at my signatures on those two documents they are different. If you look at the two notary stamps on those documents you'll notice two different expiration dates yet they were supposedly made on the same day. Kimberly Rogers renewed her notary stamp at the end of August 2022 which is why the forged document has a different expiration date on the notary stamp. She created this document after September 1, 2022. I obtained the copy of the forged document from PennDOT on September 13, 2022, because Kimberly Rogers forgot to send payment with her lien application and they sent the documents to me as the only registered owner. She subsequently forged a second set of documents and sent them to PennDOT with payment and successfully placed a lien on my vehicle in October 2022. The lien has been released here in Pennsylvania after several months of investigation and the notary office in Tallahassee determining she forged the documents. These people are currently under investigation I would not do business with this dealership as the dealership is also under investigation. My bank has reported the dealership for fraud because Kimberly Rogers used her official position at the dealership to mislead my bank, which intern provided her with sensitive personal information she would not have been privy to if she was not working at the dealership. I do not know the status of that investigation, but I was told by my bank that they had reported Kimberly, to the Florida DMV and submitted a voice recording of her obtaining this information for auto show on July 21, 2022.

There were issues that made the final handoff feel disorganized and less smooth than expected, which took away from what had otherwise been a good experience. After such a strong sales process, the delivery fell short of expectations. That said, I would still recommend Taverna Jeep--especially if you're able to work with Mike.
