Let me make an update. I said Scott was helpful, I retract that comment and change it to Scott is a liar. Under pressure while I was on the phone with his boss right in front of him he chose to lie about comments he had made. The Area Manager was extremely rude and acted as if it was an imposition to have to talk to me. If you think $97 was asking a lot to be refunded, now I want the entire amount I have paid for the whole rental period and then some for all the trouble. I will not tolerate a Manager looking at me and lying to me about what we talked about. I have been lied to and jerked around since this whole situation started. Every time I call there I'm put on hold for long durations then told lies. What a great bunch of people Enterprise has representing them. read more

Went to pick up car after ours was wrecked. Our car insurance sent us there. the car they tried to give us was dirty to small and smelled of dirty body. We were told that it was the only car they had available. Went to another enterprise instead. read more

I recently had the unfortunate pleasure of being provided a small Toyota truck by the Tallmadge Enterprise car rental location, as part compensation by the GEICO insurance company for an accident caused by one of its insured. As provided, the truck was not only filthy on the outside, but inside as well. I needed a car wash just to be able to see out of its windows. Additionally the truck's interior reeked of cigarette smoke, and the engine felt as if it might have had a miss. It was obvious the truck had not been serviced, and I was told nothing else was available. Good riddance! read more

I made the reservation online. I did not receive a confirmation email so I had to call them to confirm the reservation went through. When I arrived, the gentleman was very friendly. He made the process easy and painless. I was in and out of there in five minutes. When returning the car the process was also very easy. I would rent from enterprise again. read more

If you want to spend way too much money on a dirty car this is your place. 8 days rental of a crappy car cost me $950 after deciding it was damaged upon return. The photos provided didn't show any damage, almost like they are lying to get some free repairs. I will never use this company ever again. If you choose to take a risk, do a detailed video walk around and film the employees to avoid a scam. read more

The company did not notify me that my insurance had stopped paying for my rental until 3 days after the fact and now they want me to cover it. They claim to have called and left a voicemail but my billing statement and call log state otherwise. Unprofessional at best. read more

The staff at Enterprise went above and beyond for me. My insurance company set up a rental the day after my accident. They picked me up, I signed in, then on my way. I asked for the smallest car they had, so they gave me a Toyota Corolla which I loved but a couple days later, Enterprise called to ask me to switch cars because someone bought the one I was driving. When I took it in, all they had was a van. It was too big for me to drive so I took it back and switched for a Corolla which was so nice and my favorite one. The staff explained everything I needed to know about the cars I drove. They were quick to get things done so I could be on my way. They even drove me home when I dropped the car off. Had a couple hiccups in the beginning but they made things right. Will continues to go here for all our rental vehicles.

I really enjoyed doing business with them. The lady who picked me up from a body shop and drove me to their office was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the office was just as friendly. He let me pick which car I wanted, Dodge Charger with a Hemi! Did he have to ask? Lol. I think Dodge should give them a tip of some kind because I will almost guarantee that we'll be purchasing a Dodge Charger this year. Great place to do business. This location is by far one of the most customer friendly places to rent a car! Every time I get a rental there, every single person working that day is very polite,helpful, and professional. There have been times where they were extremely busy with customers coming in and out, but not one time did they stop being true professionals. I live near two other locations that I could easily take my business too.
